I’ve been doing regular bar shows and parties since 2007.

I’m always updating; even on the road. (legally)

If I don’t have a song you’d like to sing. I’ll do my best to acquire it, though please be aware that many songs aren’t

released in karaōke format, and since karaōke music is relatively expensive, it may be a while before I get to your request.

I pride myself in what I do and I have never left a customer unsatisfied.

Party services for all occasions. Public and private, weddings and corporate events.

I’m not surprised by the five star reviews for Ken. He is the best KJ I’ve ever had the privilege of meeting, and his set list is awesome. Plus, he’s the friendliest and the coolest! Also, if your song is a tad obscure, chances are, Ken will find it or have it already. I love you Ken! I miss when I leave!

Kendo is my one and only SF KJ. He’s welcoming, friendly and the atmosphere he sets certainly calls for a repeat for every night. I’ve been singing with him since he was on Petrero Hill at Lingbas many years back and have followed him around where ever he’s gone to.
I really wish people would stop stealing/​breaking his home made guitars. If anyone has the skill and time, send one his way, it really helps during those guitar solos :)

KJ Kendo is smooth. He makes the night flow from one singer to another. I usually karaōke with him at Pissed off Pete’s in the Excelsior, which hosts karaōke every other Friday. If you’re not sure if it’s a karaōke Friday, follow Pissed Off Pete’s on FB and he’ll let you know when karaōke is coming. What’s also cool about karaōke there are these two sisters who harmonize everything.

For a young KJ Ken has one of the best lists in the business, very varied, easily referenceable, and always courteous and kind to you. He’s a jolly fellow that you can’t help but like! Maybe it’s it’s those round cheeks of his you wanna pinch, or his just chill laid back demeanor? Either way, you won’t be disappointed at any of his MANY shows around town! Tip him well, he’ll buy the song you can’t find in his songlist on the spot with that money, and you’ll be singin it in NO time. :D

KJ Kendoke ROCKS… i will join in on the chanting! this is for his night at After Hours bar/​Escape from Alcatraz pizza– this venue is a little small, but the atmosphere gets wild! songs are big! pizzas are superb!
His selection is pretty big– you wont be stuck for choice. love the stage set up– you will feel like a star! KJ Kendoke knows how to bring the mood in– there are props to encourage air guitar moments or feather boas for the diva in you!

I met kendo on the evenings at the cellular on 7−18−11 and at the blackthorn on 7−26−11. He definitely throws good karaōke shows. At the blackthorn bar, I joined him and his other friend to sing G6 — kind of unexpected of him to ask me, my first time singing that song and it was fun. In my opinion, he’s one of the best kj in sf. He’s a genuinely good fellow to speak to. If it weren’t for him, I probably will never go to those particular bars.

KJ Kendo rocks! His night at the Valley Tavern (Thurs, 1030pm) is great fun. He has a great energy, keeps the night moving, jumps in on backup where wanted (or, in some cases, needed. like, bad), and plays a mean air guitar! He will work with you to download songs if his vast collection doesn’t already gave what you are looking for, and is an all around cool cat!
PROTIP: Tip your Karaōke Jockey, alright? They work hard to make everybody happy… think of them as musical bartenders, alright? Alright!

I had no idea what good karaōke was until I met Kendo! Ken is an amazing KJ with his singers in mind. I was used to the bow chica wow wow, synthesized, CD based karaōke from the local Mission dive bars, so Kendo’s internet based karaōke changed my life!
Kendo keeps a great selection at hand and will even download your favorite karaōke jams if a wi-​fi connection is near! Whether it’s oldies or goodies that you like, Kendo has it all!

Karaōke options in the city are plentiful. You’ve got the Japantown booths, the Chinatown dives, the Irish pubs, dedicated Kbars, and and each one has its own little charms.
Kendo, no stranger to all these joints, is the best KJ in the city.
Any song you want, he’ll get. He’s fair with slots and always has terrific sound quality, good equipment and a dedicated following of loyal fans.
