Keith and his team are extremely helpful and efficient with everything they do. As a State Farm client from the East Coast (with multiple policies), it was great to have such an easy transition when I moved to SF. Super simple, they took care of everything, great communication, and it honestly felt like I had one less thing to worry about after just moving 3000 miles. Personal recommendation: if you have questions or concerns about what you really need within your insurance policies, ASK! They’ll quickly educate you and you’ll probably save money :) Also — if you own a small business, it might be helpful to inquire about other policies that might be relevant for you. Even if you’ve been insured for a long time, there’s always value in finding out what else is out there for you.

I absolutely love this State Farm office. I was a customer here before Keith Weitzen took over the office and the staff was incredible! NOW! They have new staff the 2 people who helped me are Solomon & May. Here English isnt too perfect but with the help of Solomon she was able to get the job done. Not only did Solomon help me re-​instate my insurance in a timely manner, he was even kind of enough to take my payment over the phone and fax me over my new binder information! Thanks Keith Weitzen’s office!

Well, let me start with saying that I went to a state farm in Mill Valley and the agent there was so rude and just wanted me to get a more expensive plan. However, when I call up this state farm, Solomon was so helpful! He explained all the different policies to me and helped me choose the one that was perfect for my situation and let me know about all the different discounts that they offer. It’s so nice knowing that I can rely on someone when I call up, I’m not just another customer.

I had a terrible initial experience with a different State Farm office, so calling up this office was a great experience. It’s been in the neighborhood where I grew up for as long as I can remember, so I figured it must have survived all of these tough economic times for a reason. Plus I think a personal, neighborhood-​friendly office is always nicer than some busy downtown shop looking to make a quick buck.
Solomon Castaneda helped me out with a condo insurance quote and policy. He was very helpful in explaining the different coverages and suggesting additions or changes based on my habits.
Hopefully I won’t ever need to use this insurance, but if I do, I feel completely comfortable in their hands. And I think it’s key to trust your insurance agency when it’s your home at stake…
