Keaveney Construction

This is the third project Micheal has completed for us and once again the project turned out great, actually this one was better than expected. 3000 square feet of light industrial space transformed without a glitch. Micheal and his guys always make efficient use of their time and materials are never wasted. Micheal has a great aesthetic sense and each of my properties has benefited from his depth of experience. It seems to me that everyone that works with Micheal genuinely likes working together which just makes it a pleasure to have them around.

I had a drain backup into a rental unit where new tenants were about to move in. The backup resulted in contamination to some drywall and baseboards which had to be removed. I needed to get things fixed quickly and called my regular general contractor, Gerry O’Sullivan, who was on an extended vacation in Ireland. His substitute contractor, Micheal (pronounced MEE-​hall with a Gaelic accent) Keaveney, came to the rescue. He fixed the drywall the day I called him and returned 2 days later to do the baseboards. The work was done quickly and neatly. I would consider using Keaveney again in a heartbeat.
Oh, and did I mention that the estimate I received from Immediate Response Restoration (IRR) for the same project was over 80% more than Keaveney’s price and that IRR would not be able to do the work for a week but Keaveney was able to begin the work the same day?
