I’ve been going to Kathy for massages for years! We always have a good discussion about what’s been going on with my body before I get on the table for the massage. She’s been able to find and relieve any and all the tension I might have. As a personal trainer, I recommend all my clients to Kathy. I know she’ll take good care of each and every one of them. I don’t only recommend her for massages, but also as a registered dietitian, she’s an excellent resource for me to send clients who need help with their nutritional health.

Kathy is terrific. I learned a huge amount from her when we met for some wellness coaching, and she’s a skilled masseuse too. She’s caring, professional, extremely well educated and not terribly expensive either. Worth the investment in your health!

This Monday I saw Kathy for an Abhyanga Massage and Karna Purana Ear Treatment, and they were perfect. The oil was the perfect temperature and her space couldn’t be more conducive to relaxation. It’s so quiet, which is a treat being in a busy city like San Francisco. Her rhythm was ideal: calming but still feeling like she was moving my lymph around nicely. She checked in with me about pressure, warmth, oil qualities and things before and during the massage, and I would have felt totally comfortable telling her to change her style, but I didn’t need to: it was just right! The ear treatment was equally wonderful, and she’s very mindful of how you can turn your head comfortably which I’m sure many people will appreciate. Overall, I’m so happy I went to see Kathy. I felt calm and warm afterwards, and I know it assisted my body in the cleanse I was doing. Thanks Kathy! I hope to be on your table again sometime soon!
