Therapeutic Massage Modalities & style of the practioner:

The therapist works from an extremely ecclectic and specialized skill. You will have a whole new perception of a massage after your session. He Incorporates several energy and bodywork modalities like; Reiki, Swedish, Myofacial (deep tissue), Trigger Point, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, Sports, Mobilization/Stretching philosophies, Pregnancy/Postpartum Massage and intuitive cueing.

He has been designing a new therapy known as Muscle Activation Technique (M.A.T) that incorporates massage and Pilates philosophies.

His style is very open and patient to listening to client and the subtleties of the body. He easily hones in on the root of the bodies compensation and imbalances in the complexities of the neurological, muscular, skeletal and fascial plane.

Manager

Intention Guest Book:

At your visit, you will find an Intention Guest Book. Writing your Intention for the session is an option, although highly recommended. Like any change in life we focus on making we must express a level of commitment, motivation and activity. The intention book sets this level to allow for the body to welcome the integration of therapeutic massage work the client is to partake in. Setting the Intention will invite relief and begin the bodies transformation toward being a fully optimizad functional body tapping into the bodies wisdom of self.
