Specialties

All your needs. One guy. 247 tech consulting. I’m the best kept secret in the bay.

I offer the best deals you’ll find on run-of-the-mill issues such as virus removal, internet issues, printers, maintenance, and small repairs.

I specialize in being your one-stop shop for all things tech related. I offer my expertise to individuals and businesses who want to take the stress and confusion out of the equation, and work with a real professional that is as approachable as he is knowledgeable.

If I can’t help you directly, I will find someone who can. I’ve got contacts nationwide in every aspect of the business. Graphic designers, coders, refurbishers, pawn shops, you name it.

If there’s a problem, chances are, I can fix it.

History

Established in 2006.

Starting out of referral work in college, I gave it an official name around 2008.

Since then I have slowly amassed hundreds of loyal clients who with me, believe in the real cost of technology repair. I began offering nationwide remote support in 2009. During that year I focused on small-business hardware deployment, working with refurbishers to save my clients thousands of dollars.

Since 2010, I have collectively configured over 1000+ computers for the Michigan-Ohio-Indiana area.

In 2015, I moved to San Francisco. While much of my work in sales and deployment has scaled back, I look forward to assisting the community with any and all matters tech related.

Meet the Business Owner

John W.

Business Owner

Hey there! I’m John, and I’ve been passionate about technology my entire life.

Technology is everywhere, and I want to make it easy for you. I believe in the power of technology to change lives, and so I focus on not only fixing what needs fixing, but also educating people how it’s done. With a BA in Sociology, you could say I’m not your run-of-the-mill techie.

I’m an avid entrepreneur and forward thinker, always following trends between society and tech very closely. I love to travel, as it allows me to see the world in different perspectives. I believe in the power of human beings to collectively work together towards a common good.

As such, I very firmly believe in the importance to reflect the real cost of assistance in regards to computers and electronics. Like car repair and similar skilled labors, tech assistance has always had a mysterious air around it. I remove the mystery, and explain the issues to you in language you can understand, while saving you hundreds.
