As a complement to my massage practice, I have a wide variety of interests revolving around mind-​body awareness. I am a regular yogi practicing within the Anusara lineage. I am a long-​term meditator. And I am a regular writer and a lover of journaling. All of this means that I am very devoted to personal development and transformation. When it comes time to give a massage, I strive to remain completely present and attuned to the needs of the client. I believe it is this attentiveness that allows me to give the best massage possible.
