Josh helped me sell my house in May. He was very helpful every step of the way. The San Francisco market was going through its normal gyrations at the time but Josh helped me navigate the ups and downs. He’s available virtually all the time and communicates by text, email and phone… whatever your preference and what’s appropriate for the situation. You’re in good hands. Don’t hesitate to contact Josh even if you’re not ready right now to buy or sell. He kept me informed about the SF market for close to a year before I pulled the trigger and listed my loft. Josh was our agent for buying a home over the past year that we’ve been looking. It hasn’t been easy as we dragged our feet and were extremely particular about what we wanted and what neighborhood it had to be in. Josh helped us throughout and kept us positive in a tough market.
When we finally made an offer, Josh was there day in and day out making sure all of the mortgage info was in order, making sure the home was in good shape and making sure all of the contingencies were met in a timely fashion. We love the new house and are extremely grateful that Josh helped us find it and surprised us with a nice bottle of champagne when we moved in.

Then came Joshua Lawrence whom I met serendipitously. Lots of anxiety on my part at the start because I don’t know this guy at all. But he came through with flying colors. He’s ever so patient, polite, considerate, very accommodating with my schedule, sensitive to your needs and an excellent negotiator on my behalf. He gives excellent advice and equally important for a buyer, he listens and understands you. I highly recommend Josh.
