I am currently closing on a second investment property with him in the Mission, San Francisco for a condo in a new development. He stays in constant communication with me updating me as new developments come out. The timing was perfect on this one as we got advance access to see the units and were able to reserve the pick of the litter before the development hit open market. The day after we reserved our unit, ⁷⁄₇ of the studios in the building all sold out. Because he took the time in advance to educate me on the market conditions, I was ready to move when the opportunity came up and the timing couldn’t have been better! Not only that, but he made sure that we got the largest storage unit in the building for the same price as all of the others, and got the developer to swap in a full-​sized parking space for the compact space that was originally assigned to the unit. He really went above and beyond making sure we got the best deal available in the building.
Anyone looking to buy real estate in SF whether as a home buyer or as an investor should rest assured Jon will go the extra mile to make sure you’re fully set up.
