Specialties
I provide affordable psychotherapy to individual adults and adolescents. With over 5 years of experience, I’ve helped clients address a wide range of issues, including:
Depression & Anxiety
Relationship Issues (Marital Conflict, Infidelity, Separation)
Work-Related Stress
Grief & Loss
Post-Traumatic Stress
Along with these issues, I am also especially interested in helping men who struggle to cope with feelings such as anger, guilt, and shame that show up in relationships and at work.
My style is compassionate, direct, and down-to-earth. By utilizing an approach grounded in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, I focus on helping my clients get to the root of problematic patterns that have become hindrances in their lives. Gaining an understanding of these patterns allows for the freedom to choose new ways of relating to oneself and to others.
I strongly believe that good therapy should be affordable. For this reason, I offer services based on a sliding scale that takes your financial needs into account.

History
Established in 2014.
I am currently a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies, which has helped me to integrate a holistic approach into my therapy practice.
As a registered psychological assistant in the State of California, I am supervised by Michael D. Levin, PsyD (License # PSY 19 974).
Prior to opening my private practice, I worked in public and nonprofit sectors, providing psychotherapy and case management to individuals in need. I also conducted neuropsychological assessments for children and adults.
I continue learning and contributing to the mental health field through my involvement in the Psychoanalytic Institute of Northern California (PINC) and the Northern California Society for Psychoanalytic Psychology (NCSPP). Through these affiliations I regularly participate in seminars, conferences, and extended education courses.
