I encourage any one else who has had a bad experience with Scott (pictured on the left) to write a review. I really wanted to like this guy and didn’t want to write a bad review for his daughter’s sake, but i cant. I thought it was just me but after reading the other reviewers comment I’m angry. Apparently Scott takes cases under the premise of working for you, then takes the easy money without doing anything. I had to to ALL of the leg work of collecting info and phone calls. He waste your time/​money, is inexperienced, and has only been practicing since around 2004. I knew more tricks than him to get a bigger settlement and i’m not a lawyer. If I had taken his lesser offer I would have been paying out of pocket even though I was in the right. What I got was still chump change.

My experience with this guy. He’s lazy, he does very little, sends a couple of letters.
No investigation, zero research… A law clerk can do what this guy does in a fraction of the time. Without getting into all of the details, 2 months… He sent a few letters, and nothing else, no research, he never defended me against some crooked cops, and invested no time and effort to find a person that caused an accident.
Why would you hire someone with very little experience, who doesn’t have your best interests at heart. I had a lot of pain, no recommendations for doctors, nothing.
The guy is useless.
