For our 200+ person wedding in June 2013 we needed the perfect person to help manage every piece of the planning process from early on to the day of the event and Julie was the perfect person for the job! Her vendor selection, her organizational skills, and her great attitude through out kept me stress free while enjoying the entire wedding planning process. My fiancé now husband, parents and I all agree that it was hands down the best expense of the wedding. I would highly recommend!!!

Julie helped plan our wedding in San Francisco for 250 guests and it is impossible to say enough good things about her. We contracted with her a year in advance of our big day and she helped us with every step of the process. She recommended great vendors, stayed in constant communication with us, helped us with big style decisions, helped us stay on budget, and helped us always stay calm and relaxed. And on our big day, she was at her best. Her incredible preparation and attention to detail made the day go flawlessly. Everything was perfect… and perfectly on time. Julie is precisely what you wish for in a wedding coordinator; very detail oriented, hard working, attentive and just plain nice. She was always quick to respond to my many questions and gave me a lot of good advice and insight throughout the entire planning process. She really put my mind and nerves at ease, and I had the utmost confidence that the day would be perfect because Julie was guiding me along. She was super organized throughout the entire process and did not let one thing slip through the cracks. Julie made my wedding stress free and enjoyable for all, especially for my husband and me. She helped me plan and organize a San Francisco wedding for 350 guests.
