I have been working with people and their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-​being since 1998. I have been inspired by the long term changes I have seen my clients make when they were able to face what had been causing them pain and anxiety. This courageous step often allowing for more freedom and joy in their life.

I am now a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern IMF #68 186, supervised by Riyaz Motan MFT#37 451.

I have found that the area where I am able to make the most impact in peoples lives is in couples counseling. I find myself profoundly moved by the healthy changes I see in the couples I work with. I have seen couples move from a tenuous, sometimes destructive way of being together to a sense of safety and support that allows each individual and the relationship to thrive.
