James is by far the best lawyer I have ever worked with. From the first day we met for the consultation, I could tell he was honest, upfront, and thorough… but with a laid back sensibility that made me feel like everything was going to be OK.
I’m a bit of a nervous nelly, so I appreciated his understanding and consistent reassurance, not only through his comforting words but by his actions that showed me he was on top of everything.
James kept me updated on every step of the process, proactively fixed any paperwork mishaps (by the court), and answered all of my questions promptly and in great detail… as opposed to other lawyers in the past who’ve answered my emails by simply writing «NO» without even a greeting.
When I went to my meeting of creditors I looked around the room and could tell I had the best lawyer. I don’t think you need to look any further than James Mochizuki if you’re filing a Chapter 7 in the Bay Area.
