With Karla, you’re in good hands. She is simply amazing. She explained the entire process from start to finish since I was a newbie. I was really nervous about dying my hair for the first time but with her I really felt at ease. One thing I really loved about her is that she took her time, she never rushed and that to me is a really crucial thing. In the end, the final product was amazing and I adore my hair. First, I am a picky person when it comes to hair! I found Karla through Groupon and I could not be happier!
She knows what she’s doing. She matched my color perfectly and gave me a «no complain» hair cut! I got so many compliments on my hair. I love love love my side fringe !!!
Booking appointment with her was a bit difficult. But now that I got my 5 stars service, it all worth it.
She also gave me a few tricks how to curl my hair as well! Boy ! It saves me so much time and works every time!

Karla is awesome! I’m a professional photographer and I have worked with over a dozen different makeup artists in the 5 years I’ve been shooting professionally — «testing» each one — punctuality, responsiveness to emails, quality of work, general work ethic, etc. Currently working with 5 different muas, I’m needless to say strict about who I work with — since they are in some ways a representation of my own business.
Karla has never failed in her professionalism and quality of work, and I happily send her info to my Clients when they ask for referrals. She also does hair styling, which is a huge plus, since you don’t need two different people working on one person and can avoid any possible scenarios when dealing with so many people.
I’ve worked with her on boudoir and wedding gigs, and always get a positive response from our Clients about the overall experience with her.

Making an appointment with J’Adore has been a completely frustrating experience! I bought a Groupon for a cut and color middle of July and have been calling the salon since. They never ever answer their phone! I wonder why a business wouldn’t take calls? Their answering machine asks you to leave a message. Again no point! They don’t return calls. Thankfully Groupon refunded my money today. I recommend you stay away from this salon!

I loved Karla. My hair was pretty long and damaged and decided to chop my hair off into a bob. I got a groupon I think $ 55 or $ 65 can’t remember for a haircut, style and color. She did such an amazing job with my hair, it came out looking better than I expected. Such a dramatic change from what I had but in a great way. I will definitely be back soon!

Karla is a very gifted and talented artist. I had the pleasure of a cut and a color on two separate visits within a week or so apart. I’ve felt like an orphan for years not being able to find that one stylist who can do it all to my fine curly hair since moving to the South Bay. Karla gave me nothing short of a Cinderella experience on my first visit. It had taken me 8 months to grow out a horrible cheap deal hair cut on the fly, which left me feeling a bit vulnerable. Karla listened to my needs and pulled off the best cut I can recall having in this century! The architecture of my textured bob with a side bang was spot on, red carpet movie star quality (and I’m no stranger to high end salons). When she did the reveal, I think my eyes welled with joy. I looked 10 years younger (in a good way) and got so much attention wherever I went, I lost count after 13 compliments in just a couple of hours. Men I know who wouldn’t look at me in that «hey you look hot» sort of way, complimented me with «wows» and flirtatious sweet nothings that boosted my day. People I didn’t even know where touching my silky shiny hair as if it was bejeweled. I got so much attention and loved my cut so much that I booked another appt. with her right away to color my funky gray roots that had grown out longer than they should (which she somehow managed to magically cover the week before). My hair color rocked and lasted a long time. The best part, my hair is not all fried and the healthiest it’s been in years and I spend $ 100’s on high end products for my hair. Karla introduced me to a few lines of products she has that really help shape, straighten, control and condition my fine curly Italian hair (which doesn’t take much to revert to a loose fro if I let it). Karla will make you feel and look like a Goddess when she is done. She has an amazing artistically eye and a beautiful soul. If you are looking for a jaw dropping Cinderella experience, Karla will not disappoint and her prices are reasonable, especially when you consider the high quality turn out you get in the end.

She did an excellent job on my color, matching my natural color nicely and I loved the cut with perfect layers. My side sweep bangs turned out great… its crazy how often i have to fix my bangs when I get home but not with her, they were perfect. Definitely found my new hair stylist!

I emailed jadore beauty to setup an appointment for cut/​color and style. They were booked until late may, but when I told them I had a Groupon which expires may 19^th, they decided to honor it beyond the date because they didn’t have appointments currently. I haven’t seen many businesses who do that. Quite impressed and looking forward to my service.

Karla did such a fabulous job on my hair! She took such care, and creativity with it, that I am very impressed! She has a great combo of professionalism and passion for her job, and positivity — She is a true artist of her trade, and everyone should check her our for their next hair cut! :)

WOW! I felt like a walking billboard for J’adore with all the compliments I was getting after Karla finished cutting and coloring my hair! Definitely less painful than a plastic surgery and cheaper than therapy — but dang, I looked younger and HAPPIER. Who knew a fabulous stylist could do so much for a woman!
P. S. It’s a month after I initially had my cut and color and even though I am unable to recreate the exact look from when I walked out of the salon (I’m blow dryer-​challenged), I still get compliments on my hair! And that’s saying a LOT since some mornings, I don’t even have time to run a brush though it before running to school with my kids!

Karla has a way of creating magic with hair, she transformed my hair, my sister’s, bridesmaids and mom’s and mother-in-law’s hair to elegant beautiful voluminous up-do’s for my wedding this February. She is an utter delight to work with and I received so many compliments on my style at my wedding, she made us each feel beautiful.
She arrived promptly on time to my mother’s house, where we all got ready on the morning of my wedding and we had plenty of time to have everyone’s hair done. I would recommend having your bridal party bring pictures of specific styles that they want if they are picky but if they don’t, Karla is so innovative and talented she knows exactly what looks good.

Had living social deal and she was very accommodating with scheduling and said she would honor voucher when appts didn’t work out before expiration. I appreciated the reminder call the day before. However, I showed up on time and she was running 1 hour late but said she would be for sure done by then. I’ve now been waiting almost 2 hours and we haven’t started yet… Given I had to arrange for babysitting, I’m really not happy…

Bought a Groupon for this Salon on Tuesday, left a voicemail everyday to try and schedule an appointment for cut and condition and never received a response. Ended up returning the Groupon to go to another salon. I understand being busy but not responding for 5 days… not a good business decision.

Karla is wonderful. She’s a natural, professional, sweet and she actually listens to your requests. Most stylists cut hair too short, when only requesting a trim. Karla is one of the few stylist who actually got that concept. My color is amazing! She was able to create a honey carmel color, like Jennifer A. My blowout was the best that I’ve had. She has quality products for sale Paul Mitchell Ginger. I have seen her twice and was deeply satisfied both times. She is a sweetheart & looking forward to my next visit.

Karla is amazing! I bought the Make Me Over Beauty Package. The hair color looks great and she styled it just the way I wanted it. She also did my makeup and I felt like a Hollywood star!

Karla did a great job when I came in for her Make Me Over service a couple weeks ago. I’m generally a no makeup, frizzled hair sort of girl, and she turned me into a bombshell. I was also given some great every day styling tips, and my haircut looks great!

I booked Karla for my recent wedding on 9.21.12 and absolutely loved working with her! Her and her assistants did an amazing job and especially with such limited time. I mistakenly thought our contract was booked for 1:30 pm and it was for 12:00! My bridal party was running extremely late and had to be rushed through everything and even so they did a great job.
I especially want to give kudos to Karla who stayed to make sure everyone was completed and looked amazing. She had another appointment but she pushed it so that she could help us look great. I really am grateful to her and will definitely recommend her to others.

She was very quick to respond to any and all of our questions, and made my wife and mother feel at ease throughout the entire process. She was also very flexible with regard to our feedback and the quality of her work was very high. She used outstanding make up and beauty materials.
