Dr. Jacobsen stepped in to remove a cyst from the inside of my cheek (you know the ones you get from biting the same spot) that wouldn’t go away. My usual dentist was Dr. Cui, but she wasn’t available, and I needed it done quickly. He was wonderful! Very nice, explained the procedure, and removed the spot quickly. No muss, no fuss. I am switching dentists now because Dr. Cui moved to a different office, and I really liked Dr. Jacobsen’s ability to quickly make me feel at ease and his expert skill at removing the cyst. My regular dental hygienist, Judith Williams (who happens to be a fabulous artist) also stayed with Dr. Jacobsen’s practice. So I’m sticking with the folks at 2383 California St. !!

incredibly nice and competent dentist! he explains everything he’s going to do and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. great staff. all my friends go to him now and are very happy.
