The Jackson Law Group specializes in strategic business entity formation (C-​corporations, S-​Corporations, LLCs and partnerships) and business transactions (stock purchase agreements, buy and sell agreements, licensing issues, copyrights, trademarks, commercial leases, contract drafting and negotiation and employment matters). We also act as outside general counsel to advise businesses on day-​to-​day operations.

Business Owner

Aaron R. Jackson is the founder and owner of the Jackson Law Group.

He started his professional legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth Barrett-​Anderson on the U.S. Territory of Guam. Thereafter, Aaron joined a boutique corporate and commercial litigation law firm, where he focused on corporate transactions and complex commercial litigation. He also acted as outside general counsel to the largest municipal and private corporations in the region.

He also worked with individuals and business owners prepare for their personal future by preparing premarital agreements to protect their assets.

My partner lived in San Francisco and I lived in Tokyo during the time that our agreement was drafted and reviewed. My husband and I employed the Jackson Law Firm to help retrieve a considerable sum of money, for which we were getting the run-​around from those who were «handling» the situation. Within an hour of Jackson Law coming on board, the individual… (who mind you would go days without responding to emails, she would never return phone calls, and was particularly unprofessional) called us! We received more responsiveness and action in that one day, than we had in 4 months of trying to get this rectified.
