Intuitive Tarot Readings by Jeannie

This is a very late review but I am happy to do it now. Jeannie is an amazingly warm and down to earth human being. I am very blessed to have crossed path with this woman. When you have a reading, there is an openness and vulnerability that she shares with you. The explanation of the readings really touched my heart because deep down, I knew it was my truth speaking to me with the help of Jeannie as my guide. My parting words, if you need guidance, go see Jeannie, she is an amazing person to help you on your journey.

I am so impressed by Jeannie’s readings. I have come to her in times when I needed insight and she has helped me a great deal with her ability to interpret the overall message layed out thru the cards, as well as her wisdom and ability to say exactly what I needed to hear. She is worth every penny — I can’t recommend her enough.

I contacted Jeannie about tarot card reading classes after reading her Unilocal reviews. I met with her for a preliminary overview meeting and we proceeded with lessons after that. Jeannie is an absolute professional and is an excellent teacher. She was able to make the tarot deck come alive and have meaning for me in a way that I could not get from books. She is also very intuitive and talented. I highly recommend Jeannie for both tarot readings and lessons on how to read!

It was my first time. Jeanine is personable and sweet lady. She knows what she is talking about. I recommend her to anyone who is fully open to listening, and wants a perspective from a very insightful reader.

I have been taking tarot classes from Jeannie for approximately six months. I highly respect her deep knowledge of the tarot, and recommend her highly. It takes a great deal of patience, dedication and practice to learn the tarot. Jeannie has always gone beyond the scheduled time frame of our sessions. She is patient, nonjudgmental, and very wise. The more Jeannie has taught me, the deeper I have wanted to go. I have learned from Jeannie that the tarot is not a fortune teller. The wisdom of the deck shows one’s deepest and instinctive knowledge, often (if not always) forcing one to confront forces that one would prefer not to see. I am an attorney, and find that my work with the tarot deeply benefits balancing the difficulties of the kind of work I do, bringing me much peace and helping me to intuitively work with my clients, combining both the practical in my life with the wisdom imparted by the cards. Highly recommended. Don’t go if you want answers to the future. Do go if you need to understand the underlying forces that cause events to occur, obtain clarity, be open to change patterns, and listen to one’s internal wisdom.

I took a 16 week course with Jeannie in 2012, and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect at first. I’d always been interested in tarot studies — I knew the meanings of a few of the cards — but wasn’t sure how to integrate them into a real reading. Jeannie’s class was amazing. Through many different exercises, she showed me how to interpret the cards, and more importantly, how to develop and listen to my intuitive voice. The journey is one that I will never forget, and I’m honestly a bit sad that it’s over. My experience with Jeannie helps to reinforce her reputation as a solid reader for me personally. I originally met her about three years ago when I wanted someone to read my cards and now I’ve had the opportunity to go back and see just exactly how well she does it. My time with Jeannie was far from earth– shattering, but it was very life changing — many of the topics we discussed were things that were already there inside me, but that I just didn’t know how to engage or bring out. I love the way she interprets the Mother Peace Tarot Deck, it’s her specialty. She is really a pro and can handle all kinds of readings for just about any situation.

i was very disappointed and was angry, perhaps at myself for ignoring my own «hunch» NOT to go to Jeannie for a reading. if i start writing a review from my subjective point of view, i could write a book on so many reasons not to go to her. but i’ll try my best by giving you my objective reasons why you should go see others.
1) when i arrived at the front door and buzzed her 5 min before my appointment, she answered and said that i was too early.
2) there was another client still getting a reading done (the reason why i was TOO early) while i was waiting for Jeannie to finish in a separate room, i saw Jeannie getting up her seat few times. (to answer the phone and the door)
3) my session started 20 min behind the schedule and Jeannie said that her previous client came 30 min late.
4) she told me that this was going to be a «philosophical» reading. ughh, right there, i wanted to leave already! (i can even give you a philosophical reading by looking at the pictures on the cards!)
5) kept mentioning that she needed 1 hr when i only sought for 2 answers (relationship and job). and she asked ME to help her out by giving HER more insight on her reading! (a true psychic, a tarot reader do NOT need to ask you anything and they will tell you your current situation, future and so on… and YES, i have gone to people with that true gift!)
6) she used herself and her experiences as a reference guide, so she spent plenty of times talking about her.
7) she was too self-​righteous about what i should do.
8) she would not go beyond ONE subject, even after i told her repeatedly that i already knew what she said and wanted her to see another topic. when she finally did after my 30 min session was over and I, hesitantly extended another 15 min. (by the way, she based her answers on my answers before she explained the meaning of the cards)
9) she kept saying «i’m just a reader»… and YES, that’s all she was.
10) she used my birth sign as some of the reasoning behind the reading. she did NOT ask for my birthday, just a sign. (if i wanted that kind of reading, i can just read a horoscope!)
11) …can’t forget, i was there for 2 specific reasons (as i mentioned), but sometime during the first 15 min, she asked me if she could teach me how to tap into my own intuition so that i could seek the answers on my own.
12) while she said, «you have a freedom of making choice», she was too suggestive about how, when, what, where as to accomplishing my goal. her style was more like «preaching» than a «reading». i could have just gone see a catholic priest.
overall experience — felt like sitting with a sales person and being pushed to the wall with nowhere else to go. i left there with such an anger. Yes, i don’t blame her, but blame myself for paying as much as i did to see Jeannie!
p. s. this experience taught me one thing to trust my own intuition; thus 1 star.

I took a 13 week Intuitive Tarot Reading course with Jeannie and it proved to be an incredibly powerful journey for me. I now have a familiarity with each of my tarot cards, that I have gained through my own interpretations and Jeannie’s deep connection with Tarot. The additional history of symbols, and other related wisdom she has shared has proven applicable to my readings specifically, and my personal growth in a larger sense. I find myself connecting so many of my discoveries with the learning I have done through this course, and I am continually finding ways to be grateful for this experience.
Jeannie is a wise being who strives to nurture others through her intuitive guidance. She has been a light in my life. If you are ready and willing to open yourself to her insight she will also help illuminate yours.

Jeannie is a nice woman, but is definitely not a psychic or tarot card reader!!!
I paid $ 120 for one hour in which I received about 3 – 5 minutes of information worth listening to. She spent the other 57 minutes talking nonsense and making poor references. I felt like I was having a conversation with a friend that I would rather not listen to.
I am embarrassed and disappointed in myself for wasting $ 120. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Jeannie gives kind, thoughtful, and insightful advice that comes through in the readings. I think if you are self-​aware, it’s a nice affirmation of what you already know is going on or what needs to happen. if you maybe are in a little denial (who? me?) it is a kick in the pants… and I mean that in the nicest way. everybody needs a nudge now and then, for their higher good.
you won’t regret a visit to her lightfilled oasis for a little reality check.

I have had a lot of readings, but this one was by far the best. I found Jeannie on Unilocal and was not disappointed at all. She makes you feel very welcome and she told me that she reads card to help guide people on the right path. I recommend keeping a very open mind and giving tarot a chance. It was very eye opening for me and you might be surprised at what you find.

I’m always skeptical of reviews of people because they are inflated by ratings by the concerned person’s friends. I picked Jeannie because her reviews seemed legit, since they came from people who actually have more than just a couple of reviews (unlike some other people’s reviews which seems like they are all from the same person). But in retrospect, these reviews didn’t say shit, besides that Jeannie was a loving person (which she is), blah blah blah .
So anyway. Spent $ 75 for 45 minutes, and didn’t get anything out of it besides some really bad cold reading. I guess she can be a good counselor if you’re having personal problems or whatever, but she is no psychic or tarot reader.

Gave me such a sense of clarity. She gave a great reading and I will be contacting her again in the future. A must!!!

This woman is nothing short of amazing. She makes no claims to know names or faces as I have have experienced with «entertainment tarot readings», which was a welcomed relief. Everything she said to me about my life was spot on from the moment I stepped into the room. And I’m not talking about vague «you will marry for love» type statements, but hugely specific aspects of my life.
She told me exactly what I did not want to hear and exactly what I needed to hear. As the reading was not all positive, it was clear that she was pained by the things that she said. But months of my friends (and myself) saying the same things could not have brought about as much clarity as 1 hour with her did.
She is truely gifted, and her reading was worth every penny and then some. I will be sending all of my friends to her.
