Osasu is a superstar! I’d contacted a couple of HP preferred service providers and they were charging a lot more per hour and couldn’t come and see me to fix my printer for several days.
Found Inter-​Communication doing a search on-​line and I can honestly say Osasu went above and beyond the call of duty: drove all the way from our office in downtown SF to get a necessary part from the east bay, and then returned and worked on the damn machine until it was fixed. It took him hours and was worth every penny. Machine is back up and running and as good as new. Clean too :)
Can’t say enough good things about the work and I recommend anyone giving them a try.

They Rock! Used 2X on xerox copier, and xerox fax. Both like new when
done. Today he showed up 25minutes after call and fixed our machine.
Prices pennies on the dollar compared to Mr. Copy who is Xerox rep around
here. Never again Mr Copy — give me Inter-​Communications any day.
