Infinite Bodyworks

Christine and her people are excellent Pilates and Gyrotonics trainers. I would be a regular if I lived closer. Even so, I do sometimes drive an hour for a session. This is a great studio.

I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close by and cheaper than other Pilates places. The space is clean, looks well maintain and has great outdoor lighting. The instructor was nice but I felt her instructions really lacking ie when she wanted our feet on the footpads: our foot pads or reformers foot pads? U mean the balls of our feet? Or when she wanted us kneeling on the reformer: where? which direction? Knees together or spread hip width? I found it was a waste of value time trying to figure out how she wanted us to setup n preform to moves but if that isn’t a factor to you defiantly try out the studio. It is a beautiful space

I love going to classes here — it’s so peaceful and relaxing, I go from super stressed out about work to a totally zen state. I think I am working out muscles I wouldn’t normally get to, and that’s great. The group class rate is unfortunately a little pricey for me, but the instructors are truly top notch and I have really loved every one of the classes (and private lessons) I’ve had here.

Just wanted to update my review — I’m still an avid Eva fan, and she is now helping me through my pregnancy. She is intuitive and just all around awesome. Any pregnancy pains I have had, have been extremely minimal (knock on wood), and I owe a lot of that to the exercises and opening moves I have done with Eva. Godsend.

This studio is great. My typical fitness regimen has been yoga and spinning. I thought the combination of these two workouts would provide a balance between cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. I’ve now learned that Gyrotonic can provide benefits in flexibility that I never expected.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Christine. The personalized attention to the specific parts of my body that have restricted range of motion has improved my yoga practice. I look forward to working with her more!

Just had my first semi private session with Christine– AMAZING! I am an athletic person and no stranger to the gym BUT a complete newbie to the world of Pilates and Gyrotonic.
Christine made me feel so welcome and comfortable and the studio was very bright with an open, airy feeling. I had no idea that a workout that looks passive could be so active and challenging. (Definitely feeling it in the abs today).
I really appreciated the constructive corrections offered throughout the session and the balance between, cardio, strength, flexibility and floor and machine work. I feel great today and will be incorporating regular sessions at Infinite Bodyworks into my fitness régime. LOVE!

I’ve been taking classes (private and group) at Infinite Bodyworks since last fall. Not only is this a great airy space with clean, quality machines — the instructors are fantastic. I’ve taken private sessions with Omi and classes with Erin, Alisa, and Christine. All of these women are talented instructors that care deeply about their students and whatever pain points they might have on a given date. They are also fun! I always look forward to my time here.

I love this place.
I began a few months ago by taking 3 privates to learn the basics and then signed up for the 30 day unlimited to try all the pilates and gyrotonic classes.
— Serious emphasis on form, learning the right way and explaining why you are doing what you are doing the way they are having you do it!
— I’ve worked with a few trainers. They all have great personalities and were all cross educated in anatomy so they have a fantastic understanding of the body. I’m especially impressed that they always push me for great form. This stuff is hard when you are doing it right!
— I always leave feeling physically and mentally rejuvenated.
— Studio has a clean, airy and modern feel
— Max 4 people to a class, so you get a good portion of the attention.
— Online scheduling and personal account to track your history.
Special shout out to Eva who is so knowledgeable, consistent and makes me feel great every time. I also especially appreciate that she packs a lot into every class so I leave feeling my $$ were really well spent. Yay Eva!

This place is amazing. I signed up via a deal through
, 3 classes for $ 30. I did the three classes and was instantly hooked. I then signed up for the 30 day unlimited. The cost is reasonable. I love that the classes are small (no more than 4 people) and the instructors are very patient with you. Eva and Christine are THE BEST!!! If you get a cramp or are struggling with a technique, they take time to help you out. I was also introduced to Gyrotonics, which is very relaxing and gives you a great stretch. I wish I could continue, but I’m moving.

I’ve been doing pilates for years but this is the first time I’ve tried gyrotonics. I love it! I take my lunch break once a week to work out with Erin, and she’s been a great trainer. She knows how to push without making you feel like you’re not doing enough. I’ve also seen other trainers here and have been happy with all of them. Gyrotonics is really helpful for relaxing and stretching from sitting at a desk all day, but also definitely works you out.
The classes are pretty fabulous as well. They’re small, so you still get individual attention. I really like Eva’s jumpboard class on Fridays — it will kick your ass. I think the classes are a good level of hard but fun.
Overall, the space is wonderful. Their prices are pretty average for the Bay Area, although the classes are slightly more expensive since they’re smaller in size than other locations. All their equipment is new and works well.
I’d definitely recommend this studio.

I had done some private Gyrotonic training with Christine, about a year before she & her husband David opened the studio. The studio is awesome! All the trainers I’ve worked with (Christine, Omi, Erin, Eva, and Bobby) are knowledgeable and they will help you tailor the work to your abilities. I had a serious shoulder injury earlier this year and I’m finding the Gyrotonic and Pilates are very helpful in recovering from the injury.

I’ve now taken three classes at Infinite Bodyworks, and I’m officially hooked! All three trainers that I’ve seen (Eva, Christine, and Erin) have been great — really present and focused on helping you execute each move correctly. It’s a refreshing change after so many pilates classes where the instructors are just on autopilot. Gyrotonic is new to me, but I already love it. The rates are very fair — no more than you’d pay in any other pilates studio and lower than some that I’ve been to.

LOVE the space. Fantastic trainers (alright, at least the ones I’ve used so far). It’s great having the combination of pilates and gyrotonic in one space, and even better that it’s a short walk from home.
