Import Trix

I came here to lower my car. The price for labor was fair. so I figured why not? Well, here’s my quick review. I was greeted by this nice lady. I gave her a few minor instructions to tell her mechanics. The job was done and to my instructions. I would of gladly given them 5 stars, for the job, but I noticed things they did (or didn’t do) when I got home. Mind you I have new rims that were purchased a day before. So, of course I would notice any imperfections. First, I noticed they wrote (using a sharpie) the letter «F» on the 2 front rims. I mean cmon, the wheels are staggered. So you would think they’d know. Next, multiple lug nut holes were chipped from the drill. Finally, the rear center seat belt wasn’t even bolted on. The mechanic removed my rear seat for better access to the rear strut. I guess the mechanic got the belt stuck on lock while putting it back together. So he decided to just leave hanging (breaking the seat belt housing at the same time) because he couldn’t unlock it to extract it enough to reach the bolt… And Without even telling me (what kind of jerk would do that)! I found out when I picked up my kids. One of my kids ended up not being buckled for the day. I repaired that myself. Don’t get me wrong. They did an excellent job lowering my car. It just pisses me off that instead of telling me of the problems he made, I had to find it myself.
So, if you decide to get work done there, make sure you check everything before you leave…

i cant speak about car mods here, but i can speak about the handful of times ive brought my jeep srt8 and chevy silverado 2500 in for some maintenance work.
knowledgeable, quick and thorough. super reasonably priced. there really not much more you can ask for.
most recent visit, i was a bit overdue for an oil change. no problem. got it all done right. they noticed my coolant was a little low, they topped it off with the correct speced coolant as well.

I came to Import Trix for a very hard to find part for my Acura Integra Gsr. I looked everywhere for the part with no success. Upon entrance, i was greeted professionally and kindly by Joel. He talked me through all the specifics and details on the part i was looking for and was able to answer any questions that i had. Best of all, they have a whole warehouse full of parts and i was able to find the part i was looking for. Joel also was very nice and hooked me up with a great price on the part!

Cool place to get modifications done to your import. If you need a cold air intake or a sway bar upgrade, this is the place to go.
They do all sorts of automobile repair work for much cheaper than most places.
They have a very fast Civic hatchback with an engine swap. Great prices.
Kind of a small little shop and not a whole lot of merchandise inside, but they can get you whatever you want and they care more about their customers than they care about making money. Good people.
