You need professional legal counsel who will work hard to make sure your interests are best represented and that is what we will offer you. We will be open with you throughout the entire process so that your questions are answered and you know what is going on every step of the way.
We are committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients, who are typically individual employees or small businesses. We commonly handle the following types of cases: wrongful termination, whistleblower retaliation, discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour violations.
History
Established in 2002.
I started my career working at two of the largest firms in the nation. Although representing big corporations gave me years of good training as a litigator, I found the most fulfilling work I did was getting justice for individual clients.
So, in 2002, I set up my own boutique firm, solely representing plaintiffs in employment disputes. We have grown over the last decade to three lawyers and handle everything from individual wrongful termination claims to large wage and hour class actions.
