Having your patterns cut digitally or by hand always require attention to detail. Heng Tat Factory can manage all your cutting needs. Bring in your own pattern or have us trace an existing garment. We can handle your pattern needs. From yoga mat bags and slip covers to custom fabric projects we can handle most all your fabric constuction needs.

History

Established in 1990.

Operating for 25 years in San Francisco’s Mission District, Leilas, Heng Tat Factory has been producing apparel for some of San Francisco’s premier designers and startup fashion houses. From Japanese Weekend and Weston Wear to Burningman and activewear. Leila has had an intense passion for sewing quality products. Born in Burma, she learned the trade of quality sewing in Macau for 10 years before having the chance to move to SF with her family and open her own apparel manufacturing business. Leila has always been a referral based producer and most people have never been aware of her quality work, great crew and her warm personality. Now, for the first time Leila is making the jump into technology with her first website and Yelp page.
