History

Established in 2012.

Our founders Jindou Lee and Andrew Mackenzie Ross founded Happy Inspector in Adelaide Australia after feeling the pain and inefficiencies of inspections first hand. In the beginning they worked with Property Managers to determine how they were conducting inspections, what the pain points were and what their ideal solution would be. With their small team of Engineering, Design, and Marketing experts, they developed a fantastic solution that was simple and easy to use.

Today the Happy Inspector business model is based off a SaaS subscription model. Our software has various configurations and our pricing makes choosing the right plan for your organization really easy.
