I am new to One Medical, and she is the only health care practitioner I have met there. But based upon my experience with Hana alone, I am a fan of this office. She seems smart, engaging, and very-​well qualified. (Unlike another reviewer, I had no problem communicating with her and felt she fully understood my concerns and points before responding.) I am sure she has a long list of satisfied patients, even if not many take to Unilocal to say so.

I have been seeing Hana for a couple of years now and really like her style and knowledge. She is personable, very easy to communicate with, keeps up with all of the newest research and even does proactive contacts with relevant studies. Very happy with her as a personal doctor.

Pro: Hana is very nice shows compassion when in person with her. She is extremely good at following up with the patient, through email and phone calls. She is connected to a large network of doctors and can give good recommendation.
Con: She interrupts patients quite a bit saying «Yes, yes» all the time mid-​sentence before you get a chance to finish describing your symptoms. It feels like she’s not fully listening since she nods like she understands before you’ve completed your thought. In my case, it ended up with her misinterpreting what I said.
