Hi, my name is José and I will be happy to coach you to accomplish you goals. You know that in order to succeed you have to take the first step and invest in yourself. I can help prepare you for your first challenge like a 5K, triathlon, marathon, obstacle race or any other competition or activity that you like!
My performance in racing, experience in injury prevention, preparation for unexpected situations and experience in working with people of all ages and conditions will allow me to build training programs for you as well as give you performance nutrition advice. I will give you a complete and unique plan depending on your needs and conditions. If you are a serious athlete I also have plans for you to succeed.
