Some of the worst food I’ve had in SF, and I have eaten at Burger King. Fake cheese and bland meat are only two of the problems plaguing this place. Hot and sweet peppers aren’t an option for the cheese steaks and the food is incredibly over salted. You’d do better anywhere but here. Gross.

You might as well be waiting in the line at the DMV. This place is good but the service is slow Super slow. That’s it.

Definitely lost its’ touch. The teriyaki sandwich used to come with everything, but now it’s so plain. I asked for everything and only got mayo and onions. I also found black residue at the bottom of my cup yuck! I’m done with this place.

I ate mold here. See photo. And all I got was a refund. but I was still so hungry? Wouldn’t want to come back here anyway. Also the service is horrible. Twice with this lady at the register that wears a hello kitty badge on her apron. She’s so rude and is always on her phone.

The only food place inside the mall that I can stand aside from California Crisp. You are getting a somewhat decent cheesesteak. What else is there really to say. I have been here enough times to know what a well cooked cheesesteak tastes like. The chefs are nice and the cashiers always seem chipper. There are other choices to choose from like burgers but the cheesesteak is the much better option, in my opinion. If you are looking for something quick to eat while shopping at the mall this is not a great option but not a bad option, it is just an option. Good day!

Food is not good at all. The chicken has zero flavor and they drown the sandwich in mayo and cheese. I hope I don’t get food poisoning. Taste was funky.

First time here. The hamburger was very good and cooked the way I wanted it. Staff very friendly and helpful with this being my first time here. Seating is hard to fine with us being out of mall. There are several restaurants in this strip it off for good service and good food. With how good the hamburger and the fries or I will come back when I’m in this area again.

It was my favorite store for lunch in Stonetown. Today I was very disappointed to their service. I ordered a chicken teriyaki Philip. It came with one slide of tomato and a edge of a tomato. What! A little piece of a tomato top can consider a slide too? The vegetable is also not fresh at all. I won’t go again.

I ordered a great steak, the main item that this place sells. I received a philly cheese steak and after noticing the difference, I went back to the register where Pauline Santos was and wanted them to remake my sandwich since they made my order wrong. Then she raised her voice in a rude and unprofessional way and she said that I would have to pay for the second sandwich for their mistake. I kindly asked her to stop and asked for a manager. The manager Jose, who happened to be also the cook, spoke little to no English and barely comprehended what I said. As I was talking to him, Pauline interrupted my conversation with Jose SEVERALTIMES, yelled at the top of her lungs while she was assisting other customers and used profanity in front of them. She blurted out and insulted me that I should learn how to order correctly. I don’t know how Pauline Santos became an assistant manager, or so she claims to be, at this establishment with her rude and unprofessional and lack of customer service skills. Although Jose was offering to remake the sandwich, she screamed in the background saying that I wasn’t worth a new sandwich. She obviously does not know her place if she openly talks over the manager in charge. She obviously needs to be retrained if there’s previous complaints about her on Unilocal

Food was good, but the lady that works the register has a major attitude problem. All I asked her for was the sizes of sandwiches and she raised her voice at me & was very passive aggressive in taking my order… The cooks were nice though

The Philly Cheeseburger with fries tasted so good for under $ 10. I’m definitely ordering it again next time.

King Fries and Buffalo Chicken Sandwich = Perfection. My two favorite and only orders I will get from here. King fries’ portion seems to have gotten smaller, but still as fattening and delicious as ever.

I love a good cheesesteak! I’ve tried a lot of places in the city like Phat phillies, Jakes steak, the cheesesteak shop etc… There’s times though when I just don’t feel like driving to the city. In comes the great steak and potato. Located inside Serramonte mall in the food court. It’s close to home and there plenty of parking! For a chain the cheesesteak is pretty good. The meat is ok, not a lot of meat in the sandwich, especially if you order a regular. I get the large combo with fries and a drink. I like it enough to eat it and comeback. There’s nothing wrong with the sandwich, but if I compare it to other cheesesteak shops, it’s not the same. I’m glad it’s close by and when ever I’m craving a cheesesteak and don’t want to drive far, I will come to the great steak and potato.

First things first, this place is darn expensive. I know it’s the mall and all but man… over $ 10 for a 12 inch sub. With that being said, they really do load up the ingredients and the ingredients themselves are pretty tasty. I usually get the loaded cajun chicken in large, and split the other half with my significant other. It’s usually enough to get me about 6⁄10 full and I’m a dude who likes to get down. So what’s the loaded cajun chicken? It’s a cajun chicken with FRIES. If you love fries in sandwiches, then this is the ish. Other than Panda Express, this is probably second best in the food court. I’ve been coming about once a week and plan to keep ordering the loaded chicken cajun. Oh, the guy who cooks it, is really nice and friendly, no homo. Cuts my sandwich in half without asking when he sees me with my girl.

Running out of options of new or good places to try around campus, I came here for lunch one day. Seriously, I have to go to a mall’s food court for food. I’ve read all of the other reviews, they are right, the food here is expensive. I had a large great steak, which would be a medium everywhere else, with a drink for $ 12! Slow and rude service, but the cheese steak wasn’t bad, it was pretty good actually. I’m wondering if other SFSU student’s have been down my road of plight. Judging from the lack of reviews of the businesses around here, I doubt it.

Wow. I think that was the smallest regular sized cheesesteak I have ever had in my life. For about $ 8 mind you. I’ve had great steak at other malls and they didn’t make it this small. I don’t even like eating a lot in one meal. Or maybe I have become a giant…

Can you say shady business? I was sold on an awesome meal deal for $ 4.99. So I went ahead and ordered it. As they were taking my order, they were like, so would you like fries with that? I was like what? The«meal» doesn’t come with fries? They said no. Ok, fine. Add $ 2.50. Then he asked, if I would like like lettuce, tomato and mayo?, I said yes. He then said $.50 cents. I was like what? Ok, fine. Low and behold, it was actually $.50 cents EACH. So lettuce, tomato and mayo ended up costing another $ 1.50. The awesome meal deal turned into a $ 10-not-so-awesome-meal-deal. I would be fine paying the $ 10 if they were up front about it but all the hidden costs is NOT ok.

I stopped by here today and decided to have one with. The staff are very nice and the food was food for the most part, I didn’t like the fries at all, but their tea is really good. I would repeat!
