Nice selection & they can do custom jewelry! Very reasonable prices for silver necklaces — I bought several for my in-laws for Christmas and they loved them! My custom jewelry experience with the owners were fantastic. They spent hours with me going over the design I wanted. I love the end product & get complements on my unique design all the time! Everyone I worked with at Grand Titan are professional, friendly and easy to work with, and have finally found my jeweler in the city. I recommend Grand Titan to all of my friends & family!

My husband and I are firm supporters of small businesses, EXCEPT when it comes to incompetence, unprofessionalism, and most importantly, highly questionable and inappropriate work ethics and integrity within the business practices, exhibited by Grand Titan’s owners(Winnie & Carrie) and by which their products are being manufactured. After more than a few lengthy and very time consuming visits with Winnie and Carrie, entailing detailed conversations about the exact wedding rings my husband and I wanted, both of these women advised that they could custom-make anything. Not only did we provide various photos specifically of the wedding ring I wanted, but additionally, we even sent them an actual 360 degree video of the ring revolving slowly to display all angles, details and dimensions. Throughout the duration of nearly 3 months, and after already one failed attempt wherein they produced a ring that had no resemblance whatsoever to what I wanted(it looked and felt cheap, and weighed less than a feather), we experienced a complete lack of communication and client services by Winnie, whereby she never even contacted us to advise that the ring(s)(by this time my husband’s ring was also completed) were finally finished and ready for us to view. It was only after a long period of time had passed that we decided to call Carrie to find out the status, at which point, she informed us that: 1. our rings had been ready and waiting, and 2. Winnie told her she had been trying to contact me with no success. I never received any communication from anyone, let alone Winnie! At that point, after much disbelief and frustration from this ordeal, we told Carrie that we no longer wanted to interact with Winnie; and instead, we would only deal with her(Carrie), moving forward. Upon our final visit to Carrie, we were again disappointed to find that the final products(both of our rings) were nothing even close to what we wanted. Again, they looked and felt cheap. This second ring they produced was just a bigger version of the first disaster. My husband’s wedding band was so poorly crafted by their goldsmith, clearly displaying uneven placement and setting of the diamonds in his band. My husband expressed his dissatisfaction and disappointment directly to Carrie, as she responded that it was all Winnie’s doing; and Winnie was the one who gave full direction to the goldsmith on construction of the ring. Later that evening, we contacted Carrie and informed her that we decided to end any further business dealings with them; we wanted the deal to be canceled and our CASH(they had specifically requested CASHONLY) that we pre-paid for the diamond be fully refunded immediately. ENDRESULT: We went to another jeweler and got exactly the rings we wanted in 24 hours! To make matters worse and reiterate this company’s poor disposition, Carrie and Winnie also dealt with my friend’s fiancé on getting my friend’s engagement ring. Winnie told my friend’s fiancé that the diamond he purchased(again, in CASH!) was certified and she would send him the paperwork. When he followed up with her to get the certification, she backtracked from her initial statement and informed him that the diamond was, in fact, NOTCERTIFIED(keep in mind that Winnie reiterated repeatedly that Carrie is the only owner who purchases their merchandise); and he would have to pay addt’l hundreds of dollars for the certification. Her story continued to change as she then informed him that Grand Titan did not actually make the ring, but they purchased the ring from another vendor. Needless to say, my friend and her fiancé also decided to cut ties with Grand Titan on this business deal by returning the ring and getting their cash refunded. In the process of this deal having gone bad, Winnie must have figured out that I informed my friend of what I experienced with Grand Titan, and started to tell my friend untruthful, fabricated stories as to why my husband and I decided not to do business with them(diverting from the facts and reality that Grand Titan simply could not produce our rings to satisfaction). Not surprisingly, Winnie’s inability to honor any code of ethics and integrity in her obvious and clear desperate measures that she exhibited go beyond unprofessional behaviors, but moreover, represent the true character flaws of an individual with no conscience — to whom money and greed take precedence above all else. CONSUMERSBEWARE of what this business appears to extend to the consumer: — Uncertainty and no peace of mind as to the true value and worth of your jewelry, specifically diamonds; — Inconsistent information provided by the actual owners; — Misrepresentation of products and miscommunication resulting in chaos and confusion; — No basic standards of ethical value or integrity regarding the best interests of the clients/consumers; and — Discomfort of consumers being prompted & strongly urged by owners to purchase in CASH!
