Gold Teeth

One star is an over statement. I ordered an 8 piece bottom set with fangs and when they were done the «fangs» looked nothing like what a fang is supposed to look like. When I called to express my dissatisfaction the man told me he would fix them for another 40 dollars while getting the fangs on a set is only 10 per fang. And when I told him I would only pay another 20 he told me that if I was unhappy with the design to make my own and proceeded to hang up on me. DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible customer service and quite frankly extremely rude to hang up on someone who just paid you $ 260 for a terrible set of gold teeth. Would not recommend and never coming back.

On Sat. 3÷22÷14, I talked to Lee over the phone to get a quote for 2 fangs. He told me $ 20 per tooth. I also asked if i could bring by some family gold to be appraised & if i could use it towards my «fangs»? He said yes, bring it by. Dropped by a few hours later with my 11yr. old daughter & had my misc. 10k & 14k gold appraised for $ 365 (which I later found out was worth about $ 500). He said it could be used towards credit for the grill. I said, «Let me just start out with 2 fangs for now & if it’s all good, I’ll prob do tops & bottoms later w/​letter engraving which he said he would be able to do. Anywayz, he says he misquoted over the phone & said 8k starts at $ 30 a tooth & points to the hand written chart (which looks like it was done with a crayola marker) on the wall. I tell him I want 2 «fangs», & I want to use a 10k ring that’s been in my family. He quoted me $ 40 per tooth with a connection bar, which totaled to $ 110 (which I figured for labor & taxes) minus $ 31credited towards my gold ring which was to be used. So total cost was $ 79 for everything. I thought that was a fair deal & he said I could pick it up on Tues 3÷25÷14. So to start things off, I asked him how it was $ 110 to begin with before the $ 31 credit towards my gold ring? He says he made a «mistake», & as he’s saying that I’m looking at the «fangs» to find out there are «NO FANGS»! He then says the «mistake’ he made was that he again «misquoted» the price & that it should have actually been $ 140. Huh? how is that? Well, actually it’s $ 40 per 10k tooth, $ 30 for the connecting bar (which he never told me) & $ 10 extra per fang. That equals to $ 130. Whoa! Hold on bruh! The mistake isn’t the fact that you miscalculated the amount! The mistake is that your «trying» to add on a charge for «FANGS» that aren“t there! Then he starts acting like he don’t speak english too well & says «I never asked for fangs». What the?!? Well how in the hell did you come up with your miscalculated charges then?!? So then I asked him to fix his mistake & jus add the fangs. He tell me $ 20 extra. I say, you quoted me $ 79 for fangs, give me what I paid for. He then takes the teeth back & says I’ll just pay you $ 110 & you leave. WOW! But you still have «MY GOLD»!!! Ok he says. I’ll give you a couple grams of «some other 10k gold» & $ 79 back. BUT YOU STILL HAVE MY FAMILY GOLD!!! That was the whole purpose of me using my gold!!! He then says either take the (fangless) teeth or his version of the refund. So instead of arguing any further I half heartedly left with my fangless gold. Only to have it break in half due to a stress line in the center of the bar once I got home. (Maybe that was the mistake he was really worried about)?!? Lets see if he’ll fix it now?

I’ve gotten a bunch of gold teeth from them. Super nice guys. Quick turnaround. Always make it right if it doesn’t fit correctly. They’ve repoured whole teeth for me again if it wasn’t snug.
