Worst ever customer service experience! They would not give me a refund for a defective product because it had been opened. Of course, I had no way of knowing that the game was broken prior to bringing it home and opening it. When I brought the game back a week later along with the receipt and all of the original packaging, the clerk told me he had no way of knowing that I hadn’t broken it myself. He was astoundingly rude from the moment I walked in! He did offer me an exchange for the same product, but I had already purchased a higher-quality version of the same game elsewhere and had no use for the shoddy product they were selling. DON’T SHOPHERE! They do not stand behind their products, care nothing for their customers, and hire horrible employees.

For a pretty large store they only had one very tired looking employee. Seeing as the store was absolutely stuffed with children, it was not a good move on Go!‘s part. I stood for about 5 minutes at the shabby counter waiting to be noticed after finding my apples to apples game within 30 seconds. I’d rather pay more for a product and have better service, so I won’t be returning. Edit: I found the game for 5 bucks less at Target.

Go! toy & games = great selections of boards games, brain games, and toys for adults and kids(no no not«adult toys»). their best seller is filled with ALMOSTALL the monopoly known to man(surprisingly no Simpsons monopoly and sadly no Ghettopoly).
