Couldn’t have been happier with the service I received the day before Thanksgiving. They answered the phone promptly when I called, promised to stay later than planned to finish my job and did a beautiful job for the best possible price.

When shopping for companies for comparison purposes, for a large project in San Francisco, Gill Reprographics was on the list of companies to call. Contributing factors were quality, speed, delivery, and finally price. They exceeded our expectations on all levels! Their staff is always ready to help and are all a pleasure to work with. Chris, Mike and Ryan especially have always been very accommodating and are not frustrated by any last minute requests. Gill is the definition of customer service and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their printing needs to run smoothly, efficiently, and hassle free!

I have been using various blueprint services for years and have had experiences ranging from poor to fantastic. I was introduced to Clint and his team at Gill a little over a year ago and I must say I have NEVER had better customer service. Gill is super fast, accurate and competitively priced. Given the option, I will always choose Gill Reprographics.

Awesome customer service! The staff went above and beyond to help us. We needed to have a document scanned, and even though it’s not a service they offer (they offer services for larger companies, so smaller jobs is not something that they offer), they offered to scan it for us for FREE and to send the document to my email. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and know what customer service means! I’d definitely recommend this place!

We’ve been working with Clint and his staff for several years now. Each and every time we need large format printing, GRI is the place we run to because they are responsive, do a perfect job and turn things around quickly. The staff is always friendly and happy when I walk in to pick up drawings. We have counted on them numerous times to meet deadlines and they never disappoint!
Their straightforward invoices are easy to understand and very reasonable rates with no hidden or extraneous charges which is a plus for me.
I think most of their clients do large volume prints, but all clients are treated with the same welcoming smile. Each time I go in, there are large rolls of drawings ready to go, and mine are the tiniest one you can spot on the table. Sometimes I feel like its more trouble for them to print my stuff, but Clint and his staff never make me feel like the size of my prints.
I highly recommend GRI for any of your plotting needs.

My company recently switched to GRI earlier this year. They turn-​around projects quickly. Their online system makes requesting print jobs simple. They have superb customer service! AND, their rates are substantially lower than their competitor (s). I would DEFINITELY recommend GRI to anyone!

Gill Reprographics is a great company, and that doesn’t even do it justice. Clint (the owner) is a joy to work with. Their staff is friendly, efficient, and listens to the clients needs and wants. We have been using them for a little less than a year now and our company has been more than satisfied with their services. Their prices are reasonable and logical. No hoops and fine print that gets you in the end when you invoices arrive.

My company has been using GRI for all of our plotting needs as well as scanning and creation of digital documents.
+1 for their fast and efficient courier service. They always make it on time if not early
+1 for being totally accepting of difficult and complex orders going to multiple sites
+1 for their ability to ship to their other locations across the US
+1 for their stellar customer service.
Now I do not usually give stars for customer service because it is rare that I find companies that care these days (cultrual thing unfortunately :() but I have to give this guys props. I always get a phone call checking in with me on my orders and Clint who I work with quite a bit is always polite and helpful.
Pricing? well my accountant doesn’t run screaming into my office every time I use them (and believe you me there are multiple runs of the same documents sometimes) so I am assuming they are reasonable. we are not a large company so every lil bit counts for us!
I would def use them for any of your plotting needs in the city. Highly recommend!

Clint and his crew at GRI are great! I’ve been working with them for a few years now and they are definitely top of the line. No matter what you need or how fast you need it, they’ll work with you to get it done. I would send anyone looking for a printing/​copying/​scanning company to go here first, you won’t be dissapointed.

I’ve been working with GRI for a couple years, and they take customer service to a whole new level that you rarely find these days. The quality, responsiveness, and attentiveness to your project needs are paramount. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the city to get my job done quickly, and correctly.

I’ve been working with GRI for almost 4 years now. Best in the FiDi for great service, quick turn around, and reasonably priced. They take care of all your large format printing needs. Can’t say enough great things about the staff!

I think they focus on business rather than consumers, but I had some architectural drawings of my home (4 big pages) that I needed in .pdf. They said no problem, I biked over, they did while I waited, took 10 minutes. As the kicker, because it was such a small job they did not even charge me, but were not annoyed by it at all. Just helpful, nice and efficient. I can only imagine the run around, slowness and probably pricey experience I would have had at Kinkos or Staples.

If you ever need printing service, just call and ask for Clint. He will take care of you!
They take their work seriously. They’ve helped me to turn around deadlines within ½ hour! You can’t find that anywhere!
