History

Established in 2012.

After working as a head chef in restaurants in the Bay Area and New York City, Chef Kyle decided to go into business with wife, a vegan nutrition expert, to bring restaurant-​quality vegan food into your home.

Business Owner

Chef Kyle first learned to cook as a teenager on a hot plate in a studio apartment in Paris. He started feeding friends and family who always marveled that veganism could be so delicious and satisfying. After working as a restaurant chef at Sacred Chow Bistro in New York City and Green Earth Café and Bakery in Berkeley, he decided to bring his cuisine to the people. He now manages a home garden out of his Greenhouse in Berkeley where he grows heirloom fruits and vegetables that often make their way into his dishes.
