History

Established in 1983.

Foss and Company is a national institutional investment management firm, founded in 1983. Since our inception, we have focused our efforts on providing our clients with the highest level of service, the broadest array of tax credit programs, and the most efficient implementation available in the tax credit marketplace. We draw from the traditional affordable housing credit to more narrowly focused credit programs such as historic, brownfields, film, and renewable energy offered under the Internal Revenue Code to deliver custom tax credit investment portfolios to both public and private companies.

Now in our 29^th year, we have raised over $ 3 Billion in cash equity from national insurance companies and corporations through investment in tax credit products.
