Easy to work with, the delivery was smooth and the flowers turned out perfect!

I just received an extraordinarily beautiful arrangement of roses and peonies from Claire Marie («FCM»). I had no knowledge of FCM until today. These flowers are the best of the best… very elegant. I will definitely keep the card on hand for future reference!

Blown away. That was the overwhelming reaction to the spectacular flowers Claire Marie provided for our wedding in Napa. Honestly I’ve never seen such beautiful arrangements in all my life. From the lush and vibrant bouquets of peonies and roses, to the elegant centerpieces… everything was truly perfection. I can’t even remember how many guests approached me during and after the wedding, marveling at the quality and colors of the flowers. One guest said the scene looked straight out of a Home & Garden photo shoot! I owe it all to Claire Marie. THANK YOU for helping to make our special day so incredibly beautiful.

My boss wanted to order a nice arrangement of flowers for his wife and was told that Flowers Claire Marie was the place to go. He tried calling multiple times in the morning and no one ever answered. He then asked if I could try calling. I called several times as well and again, no one answered. I would have preferred to speak to someone to place the order so that I could get more of an idea of the kind of arrangement they could put together but I ended up having to place the order on their website They don’t have any arrangments you can choose from on their site, you just have to give a description of what you are looking for. I thought that was interesting and I was really excited to see what they would come up with. So I placed the order in the morning for a same day delivery and I asked for a «seasonal variety, with iris and tulips». A while later I received a confirmation email stating that they had received my order and would be taking very good care of it. I was never told when we could expect the delivery but that was not a big deal since I was ordering the same day. Later that afternoon, the flowers were delivered and my boss received a picture message of the «arrangement» from his daughter. When he showed me the picture I was shocked. It was a vase of yellow tulips. Nothing else. It literally looked like someone just dumped some tulips in a vase. For $ 130 I was expecting a little more. I could have gone to Trader Joes and bought some tulips and stuck them in a vase for $ 20. My boss called the flower shop to express his concern over the order. He told them that it was not at all what we had ordered and the man on the line got defensive and said that they order their flowers every morning and had no flowers left. He said that all they had left were the tulips and since we mentioned that we wanted tulips in the arrangement they went ahead and sent just tulips. My boss said that he would have preferred if someone had called us to let us know that this was the case and the guy said «a lot of people like monochromatic flowers». Seriously? If someone orders something from you and you don’t have what they are requesting, all you have to do is call them and let them know. Don’t just send something completely different without any notification. Then the guys says that he can have someone pick up the flowers the next day and deliver a different arrangement, which still sucks because he wanted the flowers for his wife that day. Nevertheless, my boss agreed. Then someone showed up that same night with a new arrangement and took the tulips away. So, basically the guy on the phone lied about not having any other flowers besides tulips that day. I gave one extra star because they delivered the new arrangement the same day instead of waiting until the next day like we were told. Overall though I am very disappointed. I feel like the whole situation could have been handled so much better. And $ 130 for a vase of tulips seems ridiculous. We will unfortuantely not be using their services again.

I have used Flowers Claire Marie over the last few years for special occasions. They do an outstanding job, provide amazing customer service, and please the recipient beyond belief. Stop using FTD, or 1 800 flowers and get something that you and the person who is getting these flowers will remember for a lifetime! Thank you Claire!

JUST GORGEOUS! Claire Marie and Brian worked on the flowers for my recent wedding and they were STUNNING. Peonies are my favorite flower and when I learned they would not be in season for the wedding, they worked with me to come up with gorgeous flowers for my bouquet, centerpieces, etc that were incredible and within our budget. I trusted them COMPLETELY and my jaw dropped when I saw the room. They also provided flowers for my hair that were perfect. Not to mention the chuppah that they put together… it was so tasteful but decorative.
If you are getting married, do yourself a favor and talk to Flowers Claire Marie. They are classy and refined and you can trust that everything will look amazing.

i dont know much about flowers, but this place has beautiful arrangements. very classy and refined. elegance like you would see in the oval office… and no im not kidding…

every time i receive an arrangement from flowers claire marie, i begin to plan a wedding in my head. simply put, claire marie’s creations are the epitome of beauty and elegance. tasteful, lush, whimsical — just a few words that describe these indescribable designs. not to mention HEAVY! the delivery i received on my birthday was so thick and gorgeous the messenger barely made it to my door. now that’s quality!

Claire Marie is phenomenal, she’s simply the best. I have had the pleasure of knowing of her talents for ten (?) years now and relish the opportunity to give her beautiful creations, as I can no longer receive them since I’ve moved away. Not only are her arrangements simple elegance, she is one of the sweetest people you will ever encounter! There are many things I miss about San Francisco, FCM is among the tops.
