Flirty Dance Fitness with Sophia is a cardio dance fitness class w/a latin/hip hop influence, plus a touch of flirty. We burn up to 760 calories in the 1 hour of fun dancing. How much do you burn on a treadmill? Exactly! It’s thrilling to watch yourself improve, as youdevelop more strength, as well as flexibility. This class is for all ages, as well as all levels. We move at our own pace. I only ask that you keep moving, have fun, while remembering to challenge yourself.
Our Mission as Flirty Dance Girls is to not only make a difference with in ourselves, but also within our community. Join us as we participate in Various Charity and Volunteer programs, Walking/Running for a Cause and More.

Business Owner
My dance background began at age 3 through 11, where I studied Ballet and Tap at Betty May Studios. During my teenage years, I discovered my niche in Jazz and Modern Dance. While In College, I decided to broaden my dance studies by taking Afro-Haitian for 2 years. Then, when my son was born, I was also blessed to have spent 2 amazing years teaching Modern dance to children.
In the last few years, I’ve completely fallen in-love with Dance Fitness, particularly, Zumba. When I realized, I’m actually burning up to 760 calories dancing… and the kind of dancing that includes a combination of everything I love. I knew I was hooked.
