I got my Oneplus One screen and digitizer replaced here and not only was it the cheapest place in town, it only took 20 minutes! Every other place I called would have been more expensive, and taken a few hours. Highly recommended.

This is my all-​time LEAST favorite iPhone fixing place ever. The first time they fixed my iPhone it cost in excess of the amount, with $ 30 of extra costs included!!! :(. Then my iPhone screen had glitches and I could not use it. It was not working so I had to go back to get it fixed. Finally once it was all fixed, I came back home and a week later it slid a foot off my couch fell onto my carpet and broke. Yes you heard that right it broke by falling onto my carpet. So naturally I came back saying «hey you did not give me a proper screen it slid onto my carpet and broke,» and they said «that’s not included in the 90 day warranty,» so my phone that they had JUST fixed for having a glitch broke because they gave me a «new» screen. The employees for very rude. They were incredibly mean to me, they glared at me the first time they couldn’t find my receipt after I had saved it and taking a photo of it, and the 90 day warranty apparently did not cover their poor job of fixing my iPhone. It seems like they have a ton of different employees every single day. The first nice, but for the second and third time coming back the employees were rude, mean and did not pay attention to my requests. Do not listen to the high reviews on this place this is the worst iPhone repair I have ever gotten, and I have gone to lots of different iPhone repair places. The people there have no souls apparently! And they are incredibly rude and mean. Don’t waste your money on poor workmanship, lazy employees, and faulty warranty. Let me remind you that this should have been covered in the warranty. My phone screen cracked by falling LESS than a foot onto a CARPET from a COUCH. I do not think this good, because before my iPhone broke, it could do that 1,000 times! Let me remind you this is the second time I had to come back to that stupid store!!! Don’t trust the workers and do not waste your money here!!! this was the worst place I ever ever got my iPhone fixed in my. They were incredibly rude, snotty, and bratty. I tried to get their attention for 10 minutes and no one no one would help me. There was one guy and he was in the back of the store the entire time. I had to stand in their store for 10 minutes until somebody actually came up and from the back! I had already tried to get the attention of the employees, and seemed like there was any employees there but it seem like there was no one there!!! I do not recommend going to this terrible store. They charge you WAY extra and do not do a good job fixing your phone!!!

I couldn’t agree more with the many other negative reviews here. Don’t go here, there are many other businesses that offer better quality service, are honest, actually FRIENDLY, and don’t ask you to pay cash.
$ 120 in cash to replace a cracked screen, with only a 90 day warrantee???
Not to mention the employees are rude. Truly a terrible customer experience and a rip off.

Please go to another place to get your phone fixed! They botched up replacing my screen twice. When I went back the second time I did not have the receipt with me. The employee who worked on the phone recognised it and seemed to agree to repair it. The boss stepped in and refused to help although they could see it was their screen and their work. The way he spoke to his customers (not even standing still to hear the conversation) and his employees made me sick.
For botching up the job, not taking ownership and yelling at his employees: the lowest score possible

The owner of this store profiled me the moment I walked in looking to replace my iPhone case. I felt so unwelcome I just walked out. I wound up buying a new case for much less online. So much for buying local from an independent merchant.
I am pretty average looking and am up on my daily hygiene. My clothes are not rags and generally I smile a lot. So I am pretty sure it didn’t have anything to do with me. Maybe he just took whatever it was out on me. Oh well, I know not to return or recommend this place to anybody. His loss, I have a brand new case I am very happy with.
Update: from the mans reply/​comment I am certain now that this had everything to do with him and nothing to do with my conscience.
Blaming customers for having a negative experience in store is epic egotism. Stay away, that is my advice.

Good guys in clean shop, who used their tools to get out a jammed sim card in 20 min for $ 25. Good value to make operable a $ 500 phone.

Screen came detached from device due to poor glue adhesion 4 months after repair.
While visiting from NYC, I managed to drop my iPhone 6 and shatter the screen. Not having much time to research my options I took it to this place for repair. I admit that I am an idiot for not going out of my way to get it to Apple instead. Boy, am I paying for my mistake. Had to go to another 3^rd party repair shop and fork over more $$ to repair it a second time.

I have never had a worse service or customer service experience than I just had at this establishment.
I went in a couple weeks ago to get my screen fixed, which was done well. Then immediately upon getting it back my phone began to freak out when I was listening to music/​video, pausing on it’s own, jumping in volume. And this was across apps (Spotify, Youtube, Netflix, Hulu) and connections (WiFi & LTE). It also will randomly pull up Siri without my pressing anything. On top of this the power button was suddenly loose and pressing it would sometimes pause what I was listening to rather than turning off the phone. Sometimes when I unpause the audio would start to come from the phone speaker rather than the headphones I’d been listening to it on. I NEVER had any of these problems before I took it into Fix My Phone. I mean the occasional pausing when a signal dropped but not having it pause five times during a 3 minute song!
But they offer a 90 day warranty so no problem right?
Today was the first time I had a chance to bring it in. From the beginning I was treated like I was lying, already the excuses started, «Well, whatever is the problem it’s not connected to the screen.» I kept saying that this problem only started after I got the phone back from them. Finally after a back and forth where he tried to convince me I was wrong and I was insisting that they look at it. Finally he decided to check it out and took my receipt from the original service.
I went back three hours later (sacrificing my lunch time) and they said that none of what I said was happening. I mentioned that I often use it when I’m walking around my house or too work and maybe movement had something to do with it. The man insisted it was the connection dropping out despite the fact that it had never happened before and it would also happen in strong wifi areas. Also isn’t a phone supposed to work as you move, that’s the point of a mobile phone! And if it could do this no problem before you opened it up and fucked with it? Why is it suddenly having connection problems?
I took my phone back as they said, «We’d love to fix it but there’s nothing to fix.» basically accusing me of being a liar.
For what gain?
No damn idea.
I left though they decided they would be keeping my original receipt so now I don’t even have that proof. Usually I would just turn to my credit card bill but since they only accept cash (don’t think that’s unplanned at all, how easy to tell people they need their bad receipt and leave them no other way to get evidence).
I just don’t understand how it’s a coincidence that something is wrong with my phone that they have no idea how to figure out that only started after they took a look at it.
I’m especially pissed because I just got this phone less than a year ago and I think it’s only a matter of time before this problem gets worse or I get so frustrated I have to get another phone.
I’ll also be filing with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and I urge all of you too as well. I don’t know if there’s any way to make this right but no one else should have to suffer through their bullshit.

After AT&T inadvertently locked my iPhone from recognizing my sim card I spent hours on the phone with AT&T, Apple, and others. I decided to give the folks at «Fix My Phone SF» a try. It was fixed in less than a minute. It was such an easy fix that he didn’t even charge me. I only wish I had gone to them sooner!

I had a broken headphone adapter stuck in the headphone jack of my iPhone 6. Stuck. So stuck.
Visit #1: «Hey guys, no one else can get it out — can you?»
«Yeah, it’s really stuck in there. Come by on a weekday when our main guy is here, maybe he can do something.»
In between: I do more research. Found that you can replace an assembly in the phone which includes headphone jack. Part costs $ 30 from extremely reputable online dealer, «Ifixit». I order it.
Visit #2: «Hey man, can you replace a headphone jack assembly on an iPhone 6? I have the part in order, should arrive tomorrow.»
«Yeah, no problem. It’ll be $ 55 labor.»
«Cool, I’ll come back.»
Visit #3: «hey, I talked to a guy here yesterday who said he could replace my headphone jack assembly.”(Snotty kid see’s I have the part in hand)
«We don’t install other people’s parts»
«Ahhh. This is from the most reputable parts store. Its still sealed in the packaging. The guy I talked to yesterday said it wouldn’t be a problem»
«(Attitude increasing) We don’t install other people’s parts, it’s a liability issue.»
«Can I just talk to the guy who I saw yesterday? He was willing to help me.»
«He’s not here. But still doesn’t matter. We won’t install that part if you didn’t order it through us»
At this point I go home. Open a bottle of champagne. Turn on the Democratic Presidential Debate and proceed to open up my phone and swap the damn thing myself by following instructions online. Works perfectly now. And I saved $ 55.
F – k these crappy attitudes of elitist nerds. People come to these mom and pop shops because of the terrible service at Apple stores. If you want to survive you had better up your game and not turn people away who come in ready to hand you money.

They offer a 90 day warranty on screens if it is faulty. My screen cracked while it was sitting in my pocket walking around 2 weeks later. I brought it back asking them to fix it and they said «we don’t fix cracked screens, it has to be faulty». It was obviously a faulty screen and they screwed me over due to semantics. Dicks

Quick, easy, friendly and AFFORDABLE! Of course when my Samsung S4 stopped taking a charge, Sprint customer service reps told me to «just get a new phone»… failing to mention the $ 480 commitment/​increase in monthly fees now required by the company to get a new phone. My S4 was great… it just wouldn’t charge. Did I really need the «latest and greatest upgrade» (which seemed to be the exact same phone, but with like a .25 inch bigger screen)? Then I did a Unilocal search for phone repairs and found Fix My Phone SF. The process (replacing my charging port) took 35 minutes and $ 59, and came with a 90 day warranty! STOKED! No 2 year commitment, no increased monthly fees and still my same great phone! Thanks, dudes at Fix My Phone!

Do not go to this place
Gave me a defective screen and wouldn’t honor their guarantee because I couldn’t find the badly printed receipt nobody told me would be important.
They then grudgingly agreed to «take a look» and then came back with a $ 140 bill two weeks later. I never authorized additional expense but they went ahead and did it anyway.
So now I am forced to pay a second time for defective work that should have been covered by their guarantee.
Do not give these guys your business.

I came in because my phone kept on shutting on and off. Fix My Phone SF took their time to figure out the problem and I ended up just buying a new battery. No unnecesssary charges, honest, great customer service!
Yes, I recommend this place.

While visiting SF for a weekend, my phone decided to stop charging. After some diagnosis I determined that the charging port was in fact damaged and needed to be replaced. A quick search told me the part which needed to be replaced was around $ 10 online. Fix My Phone SF came up during a google search and when I called them they told me they could fix my phone for $ 55 in about 15 minutes. Sold.
Michael was extremely professional and very friendly. He performed the repair right in front of me, and showed me the faulty component for comparison. As promised, the work took about 15 minutes and when he was done, the charger port was working flawlessly. Total repair cost was about $ 60.
Don’t forget to bring cash, as repairs are cash-​only.
This is my first experience with a 3^rd party phone repair shop, and I am extremely pleased with Fix My Phone SF.

My world was over as I knew it yesterday at 5:26pm. S4 falling from my pocket to her doom was like dropping a hyrdo bomb to my heart once I knew that her face was shattered, in a haze of dots and lights, hardly able to recognize my reliable and trusty S4, if it wasn’t for the scars left behind from a whole year’s worth of everyday battle with me. There was still so much I wanted to do with S4 like finishing that Unilocal review, taking snapshots, finishing that intimate chat on Whatsapp with my lover, whole mess of other things, and having S4 back that ass up for me one last time so that my beautiful memories wouldn’t go in vain.
I was in a state of mental paralysis staring down at her. Once I came to my senses, I quickly plugged her into my notebook to see if we can back her up, but her memories required a password. With her face totally smashed she was not able to recognize the password. So next thing I could think of was taking her to an emergency room.
After I frantically did some research online, I found Fix My Phone located in Cole Valley. I’m familiar with their work since I have brought my ex partner iP4 in here one time after she was left breathing her last breaths from drowning in delta waters. Somehow, the doctors at Fix My Phone were able to bring her back to life with new parts while keeping her memories alive. Once again, I found myself at their mercy. As desperate as I was, the doctors here still took their time to explain to me options of replacements and possible surgical procedures. They used OEM parts and charged a very fair price for the service. I did my own share of research on price parts prior to walking into the emergency room and the price they quoted me was the exact same price I found online for a new Samsung OEM face… $ 134 and an extra $ 50 for their service and expertise at this particular procedure.
They asked me to give them time as they operated on S4. I waiting in a room called the Ice Cream Bar just steps away which calls for another review fairly shortly. It was such a sweet pleasant wait in such a dire situation. The operation lights turned off and I made my way back to the operating room. The phone doctors gently handed her back to me looking the way she did before the accident. She was good as new with zero recovery time.
I was so overjoyed that I quickly put her bluetooth back on, played Jason Mraz’s ‘I Won’t Give Up’ on her Spotify, and anxiously backed her ass up, so that every moment in a snapshot could be savored until the end of our time.
Words can never express how much I appreciate your time, care, and expertise. I’m sure we will cross paths once more when darkness comes visiting my sidekicks again like it always does. We will never fear that moment as long as we have you. Thank you phone doctors of Fix My Phone. 5 stars.

This place is fantastic. I’ve now had multiple phones fixed here. The staff is helpful and friendly and the pricing is reasonable given the speed and convenience of the location.
They have had OEM parts for my repairs in stock and have completed them same day. Michael and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Remember to bring cash for repairs.
