Just went back for another fender bender! Can’t say it enough about these guys professionalism, but seriously it only takes a phone call and they do the rest!
I even got detailed notifications on the progress of my car as well as estimate time frame completion expectations that spared me ever wondering what was going on.
The best part is, they make it easy for you to not have to worry about anything from start to finish. I came back for repeat service and nothing has changed. Thank you for the great work!

These guys were amazing. I got T-​boned the day after Christmas and prepared myself for an absolute nightmare. Called Fixed first thing Monday, and they were able to see me right away for an estimate. Because I use 21^st Century/​Farmers, and they are a direct repair shop, they kept the car and started right away. They quoted me just over a week, but I expected delays given that it was the end of the year. They contacted me daily to give me updates, and were super nice about everything. There was $ 6k worth of damage to my car, but they got it as good as new (or, since I bought it used, probably better) and somehow even managed to finish a day ahead of schedule.

I brought my GTI here and when it was done it looked like new. Ademir and Bau were really helpful in taking care of the insurance paperwork so all I had to do is drop off and pick up. Thank you guys so much for helping me through this ugly situation. I was so worried about paint but the car looks like it was never in the accident. This shop also gave us a free rental for 5 days during the repairs which help us a lot since we didn’t have coverage and a $ 1000 deductible… You guys rock!!!

I’ve been coming to Auto Collision Experts since I bought my first car back in 2000 and Ademir and his staff continue to amaze me with their excellent customer service and attention to detail. My last visit here was September of last year when my SUV was involved in a hit-​and-​run accident. Ademir and Bao took excellent care of my car and kept me up to date to ensure that I get my car on time. The work done was spot on and my car looked brand new coming out of their shop. Ademir also made the process easier for me and took care of everything from direct billing, getting rental cars, and communicating with insurance company. Definitely a positive experience and highly recommended.

Well, we had to visit Bau and his team again this year and, as usual –the body work, speed and care of our vehicle was outstanding. You can tell they are super honest by the way adjusters agree with their estimates and pay right away. Thanks Bau and team-​you are awesome! I have to knock on wood to «not see them again soon,» but am happy to refer all family and friends their way…

ACE fixed up my car after a pretty bad hit and run. Ademir and Bao were very friendly and provided great customer service. They even dropped me off at the Bart station. After the repairs, my car looked brand new! Will definitely come again.

This review is long overdue, but Ademir and his staff at ACE went above and beyond!
My insurance suggested me to take my car to ACE after getting rear-​ended by another car. Luckily, my bumper did not have to be replaced. I did not believe it could have been done, but Ademir and his staff busted their tails off and presented me with a brand new looking rear bumper! You cannot even tell the bumper had been scratched. Ademir and his staff meticulously matched my car’s paint (2013 Acura TSX Special Edition — bellanova white). Ademir and his staff was also able to clean off a scratch from a hit and run on my front bumper’s clear bra.
I left ACE a VERY VERY happy customer. Ademir reassured me that everything will look brand new when I returned a day later, and he was right. I will recommend ACE to my family and friends and most definitely recommend ACE to everybody on Unilocal who is looking for a reliable, dependable, and affordable shop who is in it for YOU and not trying to cheat you or your insurance for an extra buck.

Bau and his team are incredible! Made a very stressful situation seamless. Bau took care of everything and graciously answered my (many) questions. Simply the best!

Auto Collison Experts are my silver lining to my dented nightmare. The staff, Admir and Boa, are friendly, personable, compassionate yet professional auto body experts. They were fast and stayed in communication with me regarding everything from the insurance agent to parts for my car. When I got my car back, it looked new inside and out. WOW!!!

Just an awesome body shop all around. The staff was a pleasure to deal with. They helped me out with any and all questions that I had and their work was some of the best around. They made sure that any concerns I had were addressed and I was very satisfied with their work. One of the best shops around the sf area.

I brought over my GTI to this shop after it was recomended to me. The work done on my car was on a dent on the driver door when someone opened the door into my car. They fixed the door to perfection. I was beyond pleased.
A few months later I brought it back in because someone rear ended me and they did work on the bumper and again they went above and beyond for me.
Ademir was so kind and professional. He was so understanding to my situation and kept me well informed through out the process. Most definitely would return and recommend!!!

I brought my car to them 1^st thing on a Monday morning without an appointment. I was there when the doors opened hoping they could take me in. They did, with a smile.
They were simply a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Friendly, clear and efficient. I received an estimate by email as promised and it was almost exactly what he verbally told me he thought it would cost.
They repaired my rear bumper and panel in 2 days, picked up the car Tuesday afternoon.
Their work is under warranty for the life of the car and — they even washed and vacuumed the car.

I wish Unilocal would allow me to give them an even higher rating because honesty, Ademir and his team are amazing! I’ve never had such a great experience at an auto repair shop and this being my first review, I really do believe they deserve it! I came into the Auto Experts after a minor collision and within minutes Ademir had his team working on my car. I previously had my rear driver’s side panel and bumper repaired a few months ago from a hit and run. Ademir showed me that the previous shop had done a cheap repair where they didn’t even replace a broken piece of plastic under the bumper. I was definitely shocked and relieved that I had these guys taking care of my beloved Subaru! So if you’re looking for honest mechanics and a superb/​thorough job, you have to see Ademir and his team!

Just picked my car up from ACE. Friendly service that stayed on top of everything, and the work looks great.
While they were one of the recommended shops from my insurance, I looked around first at reviews of the alternatives. Auto Collision Experts seemed like a great mix of solid reviews and nearby where I live, so I gave them a call. They were able to take my car in that day, and were fairly quick, considering I brought the car in during the holidays.
Have to say one of my favorite things was receiving automated email updates as to the status of the work and the ETA. I hate being left in the dark and having to continually call folks to get updates on things, so that alone would get me to return.
Hopefully I won’t have to go back soon, but will happily refer friends to Auto Collision Experts.

Thank goodness for Ademir after my car was rearended! I was dreading the delay of having my car fixed and immediately found Ademir on the list of shops approved by my insurance. Ademir was very accommodating because I have a tight schedule that doesn’t allow me much time to drop off my car within their hours. However, I was able to drop off my car and arranged the rental shop to pick me up from ACE.
After a few weeks, I was very pleased with the work they completed! Ademir, once again accommodating me, waited past their shop hours for me to arrive from Mountain View that day. Initially, when he called me on a Monday, my schedule wouldn’t allow me to make it back into the city until 6pm for a few days but Ademir offered to wait for me because he knew the insurance would’t pay for the extra days as I postponed to pick up my car. Everything was handled by Ademir.
I’m so grateful that this experience was painless and I’ll definitely recommend friends to come see Ademir!

A high school kid somehow managed to scrape my totally parked car doing a u-​turn in the ‘burbs. (It’s kind of amazing they were able to goof up that badly, but that’s another story.) Anyway, the other party was nice about it and their insurance covered the repairs. Of the repair shops the insurer recommended, I chose Auto Collision Experts after checking a few reviews.
I came in for an estimate on a Tuesday. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Parts arrived in less than a week just like the shop said they would, I dropped off my car on Monday and got it back Tuesday afternoon.
I’m not a car expert but the cosmetic work seemed great, and as I requested they took pictures of the car’s front with the bumper off to make sure nothing else was damaged. Ademir was great about answering questions during the repairs and keeping in touch via email. He’s also super friendly!
If I needed additional cosmetic work, I’d have zero hesitation going to Auto Collision Experts again.

Bau and Ademir were great. I dropped off my car for an estimate when I was side swiped by an idiot. (This shop was on the list for my insurance.) I chose it because it was the closest to my work. They should be on every insurance company’s preferred Shops List!
Ademir took a look at my car with me and he called for an Über Car to take me home afterwards! Great First impression.
Bau stayed in communication with me the entire time. I finally picked up my car a couple days ago and my car looks great. They washed it and vacuumed the interior prior to me picking up. It’s the little details that warrant great reviews and referrals.

All the reviews are true :-) went in on my lunch break. Bau took a look at the scratches on my car (someone had hit my bumper). Since the damage was minor, he offered to quickly rub them out and I was on my merry way!

Can’t say enough good stuff about this team. Super friendly and easy to deal with. I came in with a dragging bumper, and Bau and his fellas took good care of me.
Instead of ordering out for a particular part the dealership might have recommended, they were able to fix the issue (a cosmetic one) with inventory they had in stock. Meaning? Waaaayyy cheaper for me and it had me back on the road that very same day.
Highly recommend. Everyone there is friendly and they treat customers with respect. They give you their time and listen to you, and do an honest and efficient job. They’re definitely my go-​to now.
