I called an hour before the posted business time to leave a voicemail, and was surprised to have Blake answer.
He informed me that this is a company for corporate travel, and that he was there alone, but that he would look up some flights for me.
He was able to find a one-​way ticket for almost what I was planning on paying on a different airline, and was super helpful and spent at least 15 minutes with me even though he was the only one in the office.
GREAT customer service – I will use their service if the other flight ends up being too complicated.

I needed a lot of help booking multi destination international travel over a two week period. It was already a bit stressful planning flights, hotels and transportation. I didn’t feel like booking through our normal process because in all honesty I didn’t want to battle attitudes, inefficiency or a «whatever» mindset so I reached out to FCm Travel.
With the help of Dan Duffy and Len Mazzera my problems were solved immediately and within a few moments, I had a confirmation for flight, hotel and transportation fit to meet my needs perfectly.
Thank goodness for FCm. They have been the best, easiest, funnest and most professional to work with. Whew! I will be back!

I would recommend using Daniel Duffy and FcM Travel for any of your corporate travel needs. We sometimes have to fly candidates to and from interviews, and Daniel is great. You just tell him when and where they need to be and forget about the rest. Our candidates are always on time, and the rates are competitive with any I could find myself, and did I mention all I had to do was shoot him a quick email and he took care of the rest… really no hassle.

FCM is a great company. I was having trouble booking some international flights without rediculous layovers or rediculous prices. I spoke to a rep at FCM and it was so easy. They simply asked a few questions, came back with a great quote and I had my eticket issued the same day. It was painless and we got great flights (no long layovers at all). Thanks FCM… the rep I had was Dan Duffy — he was really friendly and easy to work with.
