I run an independent healthcare consulting business — a small guy often going up against larger guys. Interestingly, large corporations have been great, its the smaller guys who give you trouble. Whether I’m doing contract work with the big guys, or have troubles with the smaller guys, Mario and Boris always have my back. Very glad to have them in my corner. I have worked with them on several matters. Great people and a great practice. Read about the firm on its website. This practice focuses on sophisiticated legal matters but it is able to offer the service at reduced cost because of effective overhead management and a client-​oriented philosophy. They will look to succeed with you and not try to hinder your growth with expenses. Convenient location in the city with parking and also near the courthouse and good lunch spots.

We were recommended to Manuella from Farallon Law Group by a friend for a collection matter. Our intake meeting was great and she seemed like she knew how to proceed. As time went on, she was very unresponsive and ran up a huge legal bill — about 50% of the amount outstanding. We finally pushed her to settle out of court just to recover our legal fees. What a bad experience!

This is a great independent practice. I’ve been working with Boris Lieberman for over three years now, and occasionally other attorneys in the group. Boris took us smoothly through a large and tricky company acquisition, against a big-​guns city firm. Always razor-​sharp, to-​the-​point, not over-​aggressive in the way that just creates heat and racks up mega-​costs, and extremely conservative (i.e. generous to us) with the billing. An easy recommendation to make — 6 stars.
