DO NOT PARK HERE! I Would give them a zero star rating if it were possible. I paid 60 $ to safely park my car here for three days only to find that my 170 $ Rayban sunglasses were stolen from my visor along with their case. When I brought this to the attention of the employee working he showed me a sign on the wall that says that they are not responsible for stolen items. Apparently that means that if you happen to leave anything in your vehicle of value that their employees have right to take it at will. Don’t hand your keys over to these thieves unless you are comfortable with having your car rummaged through for valuables.

The location is primarily what set this parking garage back from a 4 or 5 star rating. Oh, Tenderloin… my boyfriend and I had no clue what to expect from you. It is a tough neighborhood. If you’re not used to homeless people or drug addicts harassing you, you’ll have a hard time. These types of people are out at any time of the day and yes, we were pretty scared, but the price for leaving our car overnight here was unbeatable compared to other parking garages.
We chose this parking garage because online it said it only costs $ 20/​night plus tax. My boyfriend and I were staying at Parc 55 from December 10 – 13 and we needed a place to keep our rental car safe for a good price. Parc 55’s parking was $ 58/​night — yeah eff that. This location is fairly close to our hotel — I’d say it’s about a 5 – 10 minute walk. The garage itself is right next to the Tenderloin police department too so if you really are afraid of the neighborhood, there are literally cops right outside a block away.
Now when we got everything settled, which was fairly quick and easy, our supposed $ 60 total ended up becoming $ 75. Apparently they say that the extra $ 15 is because of their taxes. Yeah, their system is flawed and they can basically charge people whatever they want, but it was still one of the cheapest options around that we could get close to us. You pay up front when you drop off your car and you get a ticket that says you paid. DO NOT lose it. We had to pick up our car before noon or else they’d charge you for an extra day or something. That part sucked because we didn’t want to leave the city so soon.
Overall, our car was kept safe without any damage for 3 nights and for less than $ 100. That’s all that we wanted and asked for.

they were very nice, but would rather have cash. I paid $ 100 when i dropped it off. We took it out once each day except one and were there 4 days, so $ ²⁵⁄₂₄ hours with in and out privileges. They didn’t really have a proper receipt so that i could get reimbursed at home. The walk can be iffy at night as it is in the Tenderloin, but we mostly took the car out during the day and brought it back before nightfall. Lots of homeless along the way between the hotel and the parking lot.
Hotel wanted $ 58/​night !!!

Wonderful, friendly place. Affordable, safe. Would park here again.

Didn’t realize this was valet parking until we got there, and we were already late so we decided to stick with it, though the bf was sketched out by the idea (brand new car). So we left the keys with the guy and went about our evening. When we got back (didn’t realize we were supposed to give them 20 minutes notice), everything was fine, and it was $ 10 for parking from 4 – 11. Would park here again.

I had a very good experience– yes, it’s $ 25 and not $ 10 for overnight, and it’s out by 12pm the next day. However, they told me when I checked in this was the case so it wasn’t a surprise.
They were helpful, my car was safe and it was $ 25 instead of $ 65 at the hotel. We stayed at Parc 55 and went to see a show at the Orpheum. This location was worked just fine– walking distance to everywhere we needed. We just had to walk through the local homeless crowd to reach it. It feels a little sketchy on the outside, but once I parked I totally felt comfortable leaving my car there.
Will absolutely use it again.

I don’t have a car up here in the city. My apartment is located on a busy street where street parking is limited and has tons of rules about street cleaning and other things.
So on the occasion that I do have my car up here, I like to park it at this garage.
Most days it is $ 9 all day. Weekends are usually $ 10, and on holidays/​special events they’ll raise it a little more.
You drive in, and an attendant comes and parks it for you safe in their garage. You either pay in advance or when you pick up-​depending on their mood for the day. If you do pay in advance, MAKE SURE THEY STAMP YOUR RECEIPT/​CLAIM TICKET THAT SAYS SO. Very very very important.
Go about your day not worrying about meter maids, parking police, homeless peeing on your car, crooks smashing your windows, or traffic scraping your side-​view mirror.
Pick up before it becomes «overnight parking,» which is around $ 25, you’re car will be safely brought back to you!
They are also open early, which I LOVE! One time during move-​in week, I drove for blocks looking for an open garage at 6am. This was the only one and it’s so freaking close to where I live. 6am-​9pm all for $ 9? Even McDonald’s doesn’t have a value deal like that.

I’ve never reviewed a parking garage before, but I think my experience could be helpful to others.
I parked here overnight– I called before coming and was told the price would be $ 25 (including tax) but if you make a reservation online, it’s $ 20. Which is weird because if you make a reservation online, the quoted price is $ 16 (without tax). So tax is 20%.? If I hadn’t called I probably would be upset, but having known ahead of time, it was fine. It was still cheaper than other garages I had looked up in the area.
Pricing is a little confusing because they say overnight vehicles have 24 hours but ONLY if you arrive before noon. If you arrive after 12pm, you have to be out by noon the following day.
E.g. I arrived at 9pm and have to leave by noon the next day. So 15 hours, not 24.
You leave your keys in the car and they ask that you call 20 minutes ahead of time before picking up your car so they can move it out for you. No complaints about the service.
Overall, this garage has good rates and as long as you understand how their «taxes» and pricing work, you should have no problems. I will mention that the street this garage is on is dark and feels a little dangerous. So if you plan to arrive at night, I suggest you have your pickup prearranged or buddy up!

Found this place and pre-​paid through ParkNow. Thought it was a perfect location for where we were heading at a great price ($ 15/​all day on the weekend, so it says.) When we got there at our reserved time, the attendant (claims to be the owner) said that the reservation was invalid, that he could not read the QR code that I got through ParkNow (though he was able to tell me all the details about my reservation.) Then proceeds to tell me that I would need to pay $ 15, plus per-​hour rate after my 3-​hour reservation. I left of course and turned the corner to a cleaner, more professional garage. Very dirty and not worth your time.

BEWARE — quoted price on website for overnight parking is wrong!
I used to park here all the time — it was the cheapest option around Union Square and had good ratings.
Apparently the owner has recently instituted a new policy that states that if you leave after 12 noon the next day then you are charged for another day. The problem is — the website that you make a reservation on and get your price quote isn’t updated with this information. So, beware if you’re parking overnight — they will tell you your costs are higher when you drop your car off, regardless of what their website says.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I live in the tenderloin, and don’t own a car. When I rent a car for a trip, I don’t like to keep it parked on the street, so this garage is well located. They have always done a good job. My issues come to pricing. I always feel like I’m getting scammed. Out side they have a big sign that says $ 15.00 flat rate. However they always try to charge $ 25.00 if you just walk in. The last time I used them was 4^th of july. Knowing the issues I have had in the past, I used the website to make a reservation. I was quoted $ 17.00 on the website. The attendant then told me it was 25% tax, and would be $ 20.00. Lets ignore the math and agree, ok $ 20. Then he says due to the holiday its $ 25.00. He says the flier stated prices subject to change. My issue is I was given a QUOTE. If its $ 25.00 shouldn’t hour website reflect thoes changes? What good is getting a quote if the numbers have absolutely no meaning? Lets not forget the sign that says $ 15.00. It makes me feel a little dirty and bait and switched.

Yes the parking garage is super tight. The neighborhood didn’t feel safe at night so I suggest dropping car/​picking up in daylight hours. They staff were super fast, the price was the cheapest for overnight parking we could find and all worked out very well. Think it was $ 17 for overnight parking, while our hotel charged $ 50.

Owner contacted me with a twisted message, as you can see from his previous replies, he is NOT professional. I think everyone planning on parking here should take this into consideration. In his reply to me he claims I stayed less time than I claim in review, and he is using his paperwork to claim this. Well. .. that just proves my point! One of my main concerns was that I was never given a receipt for the full amount I spent there and payments where in Cash. Mr Owner, OF COURSE I do not have this record. .. your hustling employees never gave it to me. Perhaps they kept the cash? Check the video cameras. .. my car was there like I said. I asked him to please stop messaging me because he is plain rude. Unilocalers, please see my other reviews. I review the good, the great, and the not so good! I don’t play favorites and will not change my reviews because an owner is upset.

Parking facility is small and it’s not the best part of the city, but you can’t beat the price. Parked my car to attend a conference from 7am to 6:30pm, and it only cost me $ 9.

So after reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to park here for the day and walk down to the Westfield Mall. I paid a flat rate of $ 10 to park here. There are many reasons why I would not park here any more, but these are the main ones:
1. The parking structure is very small, when you turn into it, you go upstairs and pretty much you’re stuck there until the attendant comes and repark it for you.
2. The neighborhood is very sketchy, even though it’s only 5 blocks from the shopping center. You will come by many homeless people and creepers who will keep staring you down. So I do not recommend this parking structure for the ladies and those who will park and walk to their hotel at night.
3. I paid $ 10 and only parked for 2.5 hours, while at sutter parking structure it is $ 3 per hour, and the structure is HUGE, also in a better neighborhood. k

Drove up to SF to explore the city and this was the cheapest option for overnight parking. We were staying at a hotel near Union Square and this place is within walking distance and has the cheapest prices. It’s only $ ¹⁷⁄₂₄ hours! You get in and out privileges as well; they’ll ask you if you plan to use the car and if you say yes then they’ll park your car closer to the entrance. You can arrive any time to drop off; they’re open late. Their website says they have a shuttle if you request it in advance. Make the reservation online on their website and show up, simple! I had a great experience with the people working there and getting my car back without any issues. Keep up the great service EZ Public Parking!

Found this place on Unilocal while looking for a place close to both the Orpheum and Union Square for Saturday day parking. Staff was professional and prompt and it was only $ 10 the day we went.
This is in the Tenderloin and even with police station right around the corner there are some real seedy people around here. I knew what to expect so no shock here. Not sure I would walk around here at night though.

Friendly, professional, and prompt service. Garage is clean, and I felt safe inside the garage. I’ve accidently left my expensive smart phone on the passenger side seat, and it was still there when I picked up my car (please do avoid leaving valuables in the car).
I will certainly park here again, but do have recommendations for folks that aren’t as used to seeing the «other side» of the city.
We stayed at the Parc 55 hotel nearby. We chose this parking garage because of Unilocal (big thanks to all Unilocalers for your Unilocal). Since our hotel was very close by and to make my girl feel safe, I’ve always dropped her off at the hotel before parking my car, making that 2 block walk through the gauntlet several times a day.
This garage does have drop off service within certain times. The operator there was very friendly and courteous.
For reference, I’ve posted a map of the route that I take to walk back to our hotel. The stretch on Ellis St, between Jones and Taylor, have literally several dozens of homeless folks on both sides of the side walk. I’ve highlighted that in yellow in the map that I’ve posted.
Also the stretch between Mason St and Taylor on Eddy St have a fair share of homeless and folks loitering outside of couple/​several liquor stores. One time, I saw a female person on the ground, surrounded by several tougher looking male hovering over her. I was also approached for money several times.
The stretch on Taylor St, between Ellis St and Eddy St didn’t have any one loitering during the few times that I walked between the hotel and the garage. However, this stretch of road isn’t as brightly lit, and can feel uncomfortable for some at night.
After the first time walking back to the hotel and got approached several times on Mason St, I’ve left my watch, nice shirt, and wallet with my wife at the hotel the very next time that I needed to pick up the car (don’t forget the ticket to claim your car). I did bring with me $ 11 cash, just in case… :p

In the heart of Union Square w/​o the hassle and the hiked up prices like most of the parking garages. I happen to drive by to look for street parking since it was Sunday (and free) but since I knew I would be shopping and will hold shopping bags. I opt to drive on this street on my way to another garage I am used to but the price caught my eye.
My car was safe and I even felt comfortable coming back to drop some stuff off in my car.

This place is great if you’re going to be staying nearby. We did a google search of affordable parking near Union Square and found this place. $ 17 a day for in/​out priviledges is pretty darn cheap considering our hotel wanted us to pay $ 50 a day (after tax).
I made a reservation online, and then paid cash when we arrived. I loved the drop off service to your hotel (with prior notification), because it was pouring when we arrived. We took advantage of the in/​out priviledges and it was always quick and fast. No waiting.
The only bad thing I could say about this parking lot is that even though it is only a couple of blocks away from Union Square, there seems to be a large number of homeless people wandering around at night. Wouldn’t be an issue during the day, but I will say I was a bit nervous walking to the garage at night. K ended up just dropping me off at the hotel if we were going to be out late and then walking back (quickly).
