NEVER NEVER EVER let any Valet who is managed by this company park your vehicle.
They scratched up my bumper driving too fast into a driveway with a deep gutter and they had me write up an incident report and provide two estimates as per their instructions. I was in communication with them weekly and they kept telling me to file a claim with my insurance. When I did and my insurance got a hold of them Execupark told them, «our limitation of liability for damages is maximum 250 $.». Why didn’t they just tell me that when I sent them the estimates they asked for? I will never have a Valet park my car again. If I could give this company and the whole valet industry no Stars I would.
Just a side note, in California, valet services are not liable for any damages over 250 $ anywhere in California. If they lose your car, their maximum liability is 500 $.

Constantly fail to meet their own standard delivery times, sometimes because of increased traffic, sometimes for no good reason at all. Valets have stolen things out of the cars on multiple occasions. Your car might, might be returned on time, but sure as hell won’t be picked up efficiently. Yesterday two cars stood waiting to be picked up from 4pm to 9:30pm. Their inefficiency has resulted in multiple tickets for our guests.

Stayed overnight last week in San Francisco for my husband’s birthday. Had our car valet parked by Execupark, Inc. (the company that The Chancellor Hotel uses). When we returned home we noticed that the rear bumper of our car was damaged. It had chipped paint, small dents and scratches as if the parking attendant backed into something (maybe another car in their care). The Chancellor Hotel gave me Execupark’s email and phone number so I sent numerous photos and left numerous messages to try to get this resolved. It is extremely disappointing (to say the least) that there is such a blatant disregard for other people’s property. And to have to pay $ 40 to boot. In essence, I paid them to wreck my car. Thanks a lot.
WARNING — DO NOT LET EXECUPARK PARK YOUR CAR!!! I would give this company no stars but that was not an option.

Worst valet service EVER, and I will not be returning.
Mandatory Valet parking… Stupid to begin with. So the guys from Execupark rammed my car into a parked car, not to mention my car is new and in immaculate condition.
This parking service is a joke and they did not take any responsibility for hitting my car! Awful experience. A bunch of teenage punks handling pristine cars. Use at your own risk!

The people who answer the phone and deal with you are dreadful: Jose and Roberto (and their managers/​owners). The men who bring you your car work hard to take good care of us but are put in awkward positions because the phone people and manager (Franklin) and big managers (Eli) and owner are sooooooooo indifferent to customer service.
Park at Pro Park. They are on Mason Street and are verrrrrrrrrrrry nice and friendly and try hard to take good care of you. The phone people (Dennis and Chris) are sweet as pie and try hard to serve you so the men who bring you your car can do their job in a timely fashion … and their manager Brooks and Mike (who turned the place around w/​increased staffing) care about serving the public… they are wonderful (and sweet too)!!!

Parked my car over the weekend, just washed it today, and noticed structural damage on the right side, like a SUV backed into it. I only parked it 2 places — outside my house where the right side was protected and at Execupark. So damage must have occured there. This sucks.
I didn’t notice it when I was leaving the garage because it was 10 pm and dark and I had waited a bit for my car and was tired. Silly stupid me, but honestly they would have probably denied it anyways.

If you’ve ever had your car valet-​parked at one of the many Union Square boutique hotels, it was probably done by Execupark. Here we have an example of how a near-​monopoly can get away with anything. This company is ridiculously under-​staffed and has zero sense of urgency when delivering and retrieving cars. Be prepared, you will wait up to forty-​five minutes with no apology other than «we’re really busy». Wow. My thoughts for the management are, if a business expects to be busy, prepare for it and staff yourself well.
On another note, I do not feel comfortable leaving a car with a valet who can neither read nor understand the English language. This is not a racist statement; I simply would prefer someone who could have passed a drivers license exam and understand traffic signs to be driving my car.
Understaffed AND cheap labor; the owner must be making a fortune on this scam.

By the way, I keep finding spent baggies of coke in the employee restroom after staff of this company borrow it to freshen up and I know that its theirs due to the fact that I’ve seen them buying blow at RJ’s on several occasions.
