Eric Williams Events

We worked with Eric for our wedding at the Green Room in San Francisco. He also happened to be the point of contact for our DJ and lighting vendor, which is how we found him.
We had done most of the legwork on the wedding planning by the time we met him, but were considering hiring someone to help us with day of activities since we had a pretty packed day planned. After 1 – 2 conversations with Eric, we knew he was the right person for the job. Eric was warm, diligent, and came up with some great design suggestions to help me work through the challenges of the space we were dealing with. He also had great vendor recommendations for hair and makeup, flowers, and of course, music. In short, this guy is pretty well connected and knows his stuff!
Eric was always very responsive to our emails and phone calls, and did a great job with pre-​day coordination leading up to the big event. He never made us feel like we were imposing on him and worked really hard to make sure the day was executed well.
I also have to mention his MC skills — when he took the mic, he had this awesome booming voice that just brings the party to life — we loved that!
