History

Established in 2001.

Antonio Tudisco founded Ergobal in 2001 with a vision of creating a viable solution to the growing problem of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) in the workplace, Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) and at play. Most MSD’s include Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) and trauma. Antonio has worked with injured workers in outpatient physical therapy for more than fifteen years, and with RSI especially, he has noted the «vicious» cycle patients go through: often unnecessary drug consumption, cortisone shots, and sometimes surgery. While these regimens often help alleviate symptoms, they do not address the underlying cause-Habitual Postural Misuse– which is the reason why symptoms often recur. Both RSI and trauma can be prevented and reversed using The Alexander Technique (AT).
