When I began the process to buy a house, I did not know where to even begin. We met with her at her office and she explained the whole home buying process. She took it slow and made sure I understood everything I should know even before we start looking for a home.
Ellie was very patient with me when I couldn’t decide if I wanted to continue with the process. But when I decide to move forward with purchasing a home, she was right there and ready to go. She is very knowledgeable about the market and answered all our questions. Ellie was quick to respond when I had a question or wanted to check a place out. She would help me to get information on any property.
Ellie always made sure I know what I would be buying and pointed out the good and bad things about the property. She knew what I was looking for and made sure I was on track when I was indecisive on my decisions.
Ellie was working closely with me throughout the whole process from the beginning to the end. She also has connections to many specialists that provide reasonable prices to us. Give her a chance and you won’t regret it. I am extremely satisfied with our purchase and I have Ellie to thank for that.

Heard about Ellie through a friend who mentioned that she is a great real estate agent and has deep knowledge of Daly City, San Bruno & San Francisco markets. I am a first time home buyer and didn’t know much of the housing market and rules behind the process of buying a home as well as how it works when you sell a house. She gave me realistic expectations from the beginning.
Ellie worked tirelessly to find the right place for me, only showing listings I would be interested in. Once I found it, she coached me and provided great insight to make sure i got it for the right price.
Ellie is a great communicator and she would contact you back right away on questions you had about the housing market and answered in ways that you can understand. I highly recommend her, especially if you are a first time buyer!

I felt a great deal of trust with Ellie and that trust was totally well-placed.There is no middle man with Ellie, you get her full time and attention toward getting you what you’re looking for. She was even kind enough to have late night calls with me to make sure I was putting in an offer that would stand out and get our bid noticed.
