The Law Offices of Shannan Dugan was established by Shannan Dugan, a former Assistant District Attorney in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, as a private criminal defense firm to represent clients of all kinds in the criminal justice system. Ms. Dugan helps clients navigate their cases with compassion and privacy while effectively and persistently advocating for them to obtain the best possible results.

Business Owner

Shannan Dugan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University in 1988 and received her Juris Doctor law degree from the University of California, Davis in 1992. She is a longtime member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Board of Directors and currently is Editor of «The Trial Lawyer» magazine. She has defended clients against all types of local and federal misdemeanor and felony charges, including drug, assault, battery, shoplifting, vandalism, perjury, and driving under the influence cases.
