Dri-Clean Express

I go here all the time for my dry cleaning.
They can usually clean just about anything that you bring in. I have brought jerseys, jackets, shirts, and coats here for cleaning and they always gotten the job done for the most part.
However, if you bring in a suede jacket they cringe here for some reason! This his how my last experience went when I brought in my suede jacket.
Me: I want to get this jacket dry cleaned.
Them: Oh, I am not sure that we can clean this completely.
Me: What does that mean?
Them: We can try to clean it as best as possible but it may not be completely clean.
Them: What do you mean completely clean. That does not make sense. Can you clean it or not.
Them: We can clean it but it may still have marks.
Me: I want the jacket cleaned can you clean it?
Them: We can clean for you in and have ready by Friday.
Me: Okay, so you can clean it and have it ready by Friday. Thank You.
Just seemed like a lot of excuses but I still come here. It can be frustrating at time when I come here but they tend to do a decent job for the most part.
Take your chances and hopefully you can get some straight forward answers from them when you go here. Not let the lip service confuse you and make your concerns clear to them as well.

This is my go to neighborhood dry cleaners ever since I moved to the area. William is always friendly and I think tries to remember all of his return customers names. I’ve always been happy with their work and their pricing is fair.

Need my dress altered ASAP for a wedding. Brought the dress in on Friday @ 5PM and got it back the next day @ noon. Stitching was clean.

I have been using Dri-​Clean Express for three and a half years. Their prices are very reasonable and they do more than dry cleaning! They have hemmed many pants for me as well as taken care of other minor sewing tasks such as shortening curtains. I took my down comforter there and needed it back ASAP. They were able to rush the order and get it back to me in a couple days. Not to mention that the owners are very friendly. I moved out of the neighborhood but continue to use Dri-​Clean Express because I like the personalized service.

No real complaints with their work on hemming pants, but once the lady there charged me $ 10 a piece when it clearly said $ 8.50 on the wall (but it was my fault for not looking at their price list on the left). I thought that was kind of sh – ty of her.
Accepts credit cards over $ 10.
