As a EPA certified & licensed general contractor we like to focus on the small task repairs, while extremely proficient with unit turnovers, kitchen & baths and general remodels. We have an extensive portfolio of historical renovations and custom works as we’ve locally been in the construction business since 1976 and recently rebranded to Doorman Property Maintenance in 2014. We are bonded and insured.

We offer local Department of Building Inspections (DBI) consulting and assistance for NOV, HOA conversions or other permit related needs.

History

Established in 1976.

Established by Richard Kraemer a custom contractor out of Hillsborough, CA building homes in Hillsborough and Atherton having handed down all of his building knowledge and skills over the year to his youngest son, Nick Kraemer who eventually took over the family business and contractor licence in 2010. Having worked in the management business Nick stirred up business specifically in the maintenance sector working for property management companies and private building owners throughout 2014 and officially rebranded to Doorman Property Maintenance in December 2014.

Meet the Manager

Pedro S.

Manager

A veteran contractor superintendent with a sweet and warming job side manner that makes construction seem like a blast. Very understanding, knowledgable and skilled in all facets of the trades. He oversee’s the daily operations and scheduling of the maintenance techs, on hand to provide technical assistance and moral support for our crews and clients.

Pedro has executed countless ground up projects, built out various commercial spaces and overseen crews of over 50 staff, regularly preforming plumbing, electrical and framing skills.
