Having had a great deal of experience with numerous counselors over the course of about three decades, I am confident that I am very qualified to express a truly reliable opinion about counselors, and Don Mack is a 10, pure and simple.
Don is extremely professional, without being off-​putting, and brings a wealth of know-​how, and skill to what is for some people a delicate situation. (I myself find therapy to be work, yes, but overall, not difficult for me since I tend to trust the process.) He is capable, kind, and friendly… without being «too familiar.»
Don had a tremendous positive impact on my life, and I would strongly recommend him to anybody seeking a rich and rewarding therapeutic experience. Don is adroit at getting to the heart of the matter, and also at navigating sometimes tough territory with a terrific blend of gentle yet firm communications.
