Dog Gone Walkin

Serena has been walking and boarding my 2 dogs for several years now. She is the most reliable and flexible dog walker I know. When my dogs have special needs due to diet or injury, she handles them with TLC. Best of all, every day I come home from work to 2 happy, tired dogs!

Serena is fantastic!
She has been walking Romeo for about a year now. We’ve used her for overnights as well. Our little guy is sweet but pretty old, so he has some hearing/​sight issues plus some arthritis. Therefore he needs a bit of special attention — which she pours over him. We have absolutely no doubt that Serena takes good care of him. He can’t climb stairs anymore, so she carries him in/​out of the apartment. (How many Walkers would do that?) On top of that she returns calls, is relaible and extremely easy to work.
Dog-​Gone-​Walkin is highly recommended.

Dog Gone Walkin is wonderful. I hired Serena about two years ago because she offered a small dog group in my neighborhood. In that time, Serena has been phenomenal – she is flexible about crazy schedules and always available to help with our pet needs, even at the last minute. Plus, she has taken care of our cat when we are out of town, including on weekend. Both animals love her. Check her out.

I’ve got to Unilocal about my girl’s regular walker. Although there seem to be 1000s of d.w.‘s in this town, it can be tough to find a good one — one you know you can trust. Believe me, on days that I don’t have Serena come I take Bee to various parks around the city and I’ve seen some horrible (HORRIBLE) dog walkers in action.
5 stars for Serena for lots of reasons, including:
— Bee’s excitement pre-​walk and exhaustion post
— Serena’s flexibility with my goofy schedule
— When Bee was bad and rolled in something nasty, Serena cleaned it off and then called me before they got back to the house so I could have the hose ready.
— Serena’s recently started walking the stupid dogs that live in the apt. below us and they’ve stopped with the constant barking. Seriously, this was nothing less than a miracle!
— Last weekend Serena walked the downstairs dogs while the neighbors were out of town and Bee got jealous. Bee sulked for 2 days because her friend was coming into the building but wasn’t walking her!
I wholeheartedly recommend Serena and Dog Gone Walkin’ to anyone who lives in SOMA. Just don’t monopolize her, OK?
