My services include individual therapy, couple’s therapy, dating coaching, and parenting coaching. I will help you set clear goals during the very first session so we can resolve your problems more quickly. You will determine your goal (s) for the therapy, not me. Together we will regularly assess and track your goals to ensure we are working on what you want to work on. I have helped many people over the years, and offer an initial 25 minute consultation without charge.

I am a licensed psychotherapist and have been in private practice for close to 20 years. I believe that a collaborative approach is more helpful than just listening to you, without feedback from me. I am very down-​to-​earth and will tell you what I really think about your situation. If you are open to it, I will suggest behavioral experiments in-​between sessions– but only if you are comfortable with that. You can get the right help that fits for you.
